I commended the cashier for providing fast service but was thoroughly disappointed when I ate the fish. It was rubbery, as if it were re heated in a microwave.
I paid $10.00 for the lemon pepper salmon dinner. When I received my plate, my salmon was as hard as a rock. It was NOT fresh. I told them and they replaced my meat with 2 pieces of fried fish; which was not fresh and 1 piece was undone. Captain D's needs to do better!!!!
I haven't ate captain D's in a long time lol [today is the first time of 2022] but their portion sizes have greatly decreased, everything was so small like kids meal SMALL, barely any fries....but it was fresh & hot and the order was correct so I'll take what I can get; and my jalapeño poppers were delicious!
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE... THE EVENING MANAGER (YOUNG LADY WITH BRAIDS) ON SATURDAY WAS AMAZING... SHE TOOK CARE OF ME EVEN WHILE THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN...

Man!!!!!!!!! The drive thru staff is soooo rude. I sat at the drive thru for ten minutes before my order was taken. The girl on the speaker had a attitude! Now why would you have an attitude with me after you know your customer been sitting at the speaker for ten minutes?This attitude was before I had a chance to order or say anything? I then roll around to the window. It’s 1!!!!!!!! Car. Unbelievable. I told my husband to leave. He would not cause he was so hungry. What happened to the great customer service? I guess it just went out the window with covid??♀️
I found a bone in my crab cake tonight, absolutely disgusting!!Took pictures of it, it is pretty big,not just a little piece of a bone.Not happy at all.Will NEVER go back here again.I could have broken my teeth or choked,as it is,I hurt my mouth,cut it on the piece of bone!!
Always good and hotUpdate, this complaint is not about the food because the food is always good but on 3-18-22 eye went to get some food and the cashier taking the orders was doing her job and was very nice but she kept looking at her phone while taking orders and she had the strobe light on (to let you know your phone is ringing) so my complaint is, that could make anyone with epilepsy have a seizure.
Usually, the food and service at this location is pretty good. Today, I was served over cooked stale dry fish. The manager was very nasty about remaking the food and a refund. I ended up having to wait more than 10 min for my food to be remade.....this was after the manager said fresh fish had just come up.I even tried calling , and the manager told me 1. The dry fish was their new fish, 2. The fish is cooked on a timer so they can't help how long its cooked, and 3. She hung up while I was still talking.I'll be taking my money and recommendations elsewhere.
The chicken was hella small the fries were not done! And I hate when you pay for food then they ask you to pull forward and wait! Let me know in advance so I can make my own decision to wait or not!
