Many problems at this restaurant. This time, they said to come in for my mobile order. I did an online order for the convenience of not coming in. I asked why and the manager said they didn't have the order ready. So, if I ordered at the window, it would have taken you the same amount of time to make it. Why don't you ask me to pull over and wait? She said cause we don't have to do that. Then I see one of the other employees deliver food to someone outside!! I never got a call back from the previous incident either. Mind you, the other workers agreed with me but have to listen to their management. All that trying to be nice is fake!!
Not all burger king's are created equal , this is a good one , all was hot n fresh and that makes for a guaranteed return Everytime
Very clean. Very professional staff led by this beautiful woman named Sam. Of course the food was hot and delicious. Will make this location my go to whenever I visit St. Louis.
There wasn't a line so I was able to get my order in and maneuver the drive thru quickly. My order was perfect. The rep was friendly and wished me a good day. Perfect
Ordered online. When I got there to pick up the doors were locked. I had to go through the drive thru. There was about 5 cars in line and the one at the speaker wad there maybe 5 minutes before they took their order. I called and they said they were short staffed but yet 2 employees were outside.
Very fast and friendly. I don't get Burger King often but this location was very nice and friendly. And having a trash can in the drive thur is very nice
I ordered a breakfast combo this morning. The hash browns were fried beyond the point of being able to consume them. The breakfast sandwich was flat and nasty. I threw everything in the trash. NEVER AGAIN will I visit another Burger King. Terrible service!
Whoever was working drive thru Sunday 12/19/21 needs to be taught some manners, and the manager that shift needs to go.Pulled up to the speaker and heard nothing but static. I said "sorry, what'd you say? " Then I waited a good few minutes and said "excuse me, is someone there?" Because I honestly didn't know.The response was her yelling in the speaker "I said wait a minute!" I tried explaining their crummy speaker wasn't working and she didn't need to be rude. She mumbled something back so I asked to speak to her manager. I did so, but he couldn't care less. Then when I got my food she basically shoved it out the window and then slammed it shut.The parking lot was full of litter, trash cans over flowing, and early enough that all should have been fairly clean so it's obvious it hadn't been done in days.

The wait in the drive thru was long, and they need to teach a class on etiquette because some of the employees need it very badly.what happen to saying thank you, have a nice day, your welcome, come back again
