They always have you pull up and wait on food. If i gotta wait. Stuff should be super hot but not.
Only when I got through my front door and opened the bag did I realize that they got my order completely wrong, and the fries were undercooked. I ordered a brisket sandwich and got a regular roast beef. I also ordered a chicken sandwich, and got a regular roast beef sandwich. $14.90 wasted.
Disappointed. Food was slapped together and the mozzarella sticks tasted like they were thrown into a microwave. If you're wanting good food perhaps try the Starbucks next door.
Food was good, but if you have a special order, make sure you check it before leaving the drive through
The Shift Supervisor at this location named Diane is a liar! She closes this location at 8pm every night when they’re not supposed to close until 10:30pm. She claims they’re “short staffed”, however, I count 3 workers plus Diane plus an empty drive through equals enough staff. This is pure laziness! They’re stealing Arby’s money by closing too soon. Look at how much money Arby’s is missing out on by closing 2 1/2 hours earlier than what they’re supposed to close. The only way she opened back up this night is because I called pretending to be a Regional Manager. SMH. She lied and said “we’re not closed” “I just made a sandwich”. LIES!!!! She turned back on the lights in the drive through and other customers began pulling in to order food. This is pure laziness and a disgrace to Arby’s and it’s PAYING customers!!!!
In 2002 I was an 18 year old employee of Arby's.Their still a great environment.This new Wagyu Kobe beef burger I tried is spectacular!My first taste of the world's finest Japanese ? beef.
The new burger looked delicious from the advertisement, so I purchased it. I'm not accustomed to getting rare burgers from fast food restaurants. It was very rare and not good at all. I was not in my part of town and only had 30 minutes to get back to work. And my chicken sandwich was 2 chicken strips with a mess I'd toppings falling everywhere. Lesson learned, if you want a burger or chicken sandwich don't go to a roast beef joint. 14.00 wasted.
What you see on tv commercials is definitely not what you get when you order. I ordered the six piece boneless wings and got 6 pieces but 3 we're barely there. Will not return to Arby's!
Went there for dinner thia evening and they were busy and had to wait for my order. There was also a couple of cars waiting to get they order was well. The service was fast and food was hot and correct. Thanks for the 5 star service and also to the workers.
We stopped to pick up some fish sandwiches on a Saturday afternoon and found out they have a spicy fish sandwich as a special deal…Well, we’ve had their fis sandwiches before and for them to get our fish spot on, we only ask for the fish to be cooked longer…So, we tried the spicy fish with our special request and I’m not lying about how good that sandwich was…They have this Jalapeño sauce that’s the Bomb.. It’s Spicy ? but good…If they keep it around for a while, you gotta try it…Thanks to the gang at this Arby’s, they all do a great job serving the people in our neighborhood….
