Nice place to eat needs to have space for more than 4 people at a table went with my daughter for her birthday and had to sit at different tables
At least got seated pretty fast the waitress was bar tending and taking are order. We got food order in quickly. I got the wrong drink but got are drinks fast too. But they only had 3 people waiting the tables in the dining room around 1:00pm. And busers help run food out and drinks.
We didn't receive our whole delivery order and this isn't the first time, but it is the last time. Our middle child did not receive the meal we ordered for him. I got an oriental salad instead of a wrap. We were short on fries. But I was charged for them. When I called to report it, she said they were a little busy today. When I explained I was in a wheelchair and couldn't make it up there. When I said they had just lost a customer, she hung up on me.
Attempted to place a curbside Togo because I had twins in the car but couldn’t get anyone to bring it out. So instead I went inside and waited for over 20 minutes. The girl with no edges was answering the phone and I stood right in front of her she did not acknowledge me not once to even say “I’ll be right with you” in between the calls she was taking. there were 4 other employees who seen me and didn’t attempt to help I had only ordered 1 thing. Employees here are rude and lazy some chose to sit and stare at me instead of assisting me.. I will definitely not be back… ever !
We went to have our 18th yr. Anniv. dinner and the salad was Great! the food was Really Good and the drinks were delicious and our service was on point!..We Enjoyed Ourselves!! Will surely go again! ?
Worst service EVER extra side of sauce was asked for the wings when ordered..They came with no sauce told him/her or whatever it was I need the sauce i was told no problem...It then took me reminding him FOUR times untill i got the sauce an then the same thing happened with the ribs shortly after...asked for a side of bbq sauce an did not get it till bout 15 mins after the meal came (it wasnt busy either) smh hire more grown mature individuals or guys whos not worryed bout redoing his dreads into a pony tail on each side of his head
Service was terrible. I waited 20 min for a salad and drink To-Go order. I hated I tipped the hosted prior to receiving my order. She did not put my drink order in with the bartender, she never checked on me or the food order, didn't put the utensils or napkins in the bag and the salad was 1/2 full. $37 wasted. I had to go and and was my order ready. I watched 3 customers get seated and received their food. Bartender told me I had to wait because the order was not placed and he was also waiting tables. The place wasn't busy.
Placed an online order for pickup for a Blue Ribbon Brownie ?? it was absolutely Delicious ? ? no problem at all and the restaurant staff was pleasant and the environment was friendly. Recommend this location
OMG THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!! My server, Cierra, (I hope I got her name right...she had short red hair?) was awesome. She went above and beyond to ensure our meals & drinks were delivered in a timely manner. She was amazing.
It was less than 50% capacity at the time I went today.. How long should it take to make 2 crispy chicken salads?.. I almost made it through a whole basketball game. The bartender was delightful as usual though.
