Had the Roast Beef sipper sandwich with the mashed potatoes. I also ordered the house salad with extra tomatoes. It arrived with no tomatoes at all and then when I did get a chance to ask for more they basically sprinkled some tiny little bits of tomato on it. I finally got my server/bartender to actually bring me a couple of really thin slices. The overall meal was fine and I had a very pleasent conversation with a customer named Tony who seemed to know more than a few of the employees at this location. My bartender/server was Brittany(?). She seemed quite distracted and apparently was responsible for waiting on other customers seated around the bar dining area as well. I would have liked it if she could have been more attentive but her body language gave me the impression that all she wanted to do was get off the clock and go home.
I ordered my 12oz ribeye medium from curbside tonight and received it well done (picture a crispy fully cooked to a dark grey center steak). No utensils were included, not even a napkin, so by the time I got it home and cut unto it with my own utensils, I realized it wasn't cooked properly and the gas it would cost me and the emotional labor to take it back just didn't appeal to me. Considering they didn't bother to care enough in the first place to even give me a napkin why would they care enough to remake my food not to mention the wasted time and gas, right? The broccoli was mush in a cup of tepid green water but the instant garlic potatoes were probably the best thing about the whole meal, and I've received better tasting from the school lunch lady. My neighbor, who did time,even said they got better food in county lock up. Next time I'll make my own steaks at home. On my worst day mine taste much better than this slop. My husband said his bacon cheeseburger was 'aight but nothing to write home about and McDonald's has you beat. Oh and I'm pretty sure that car hop you had @ 8:30 pm on 6/9/22 was far too stoned to know which car she was delivering to. She kept calling my husband Kevin.-lol and she kept trying to give us the wrong food but never actually brought our order out to us. My husband had to go in to retrieve it. Needless to say none of this was tip-worthy and I've never actually not tipped on carry out. I always tip, so this was a first, but don't worry I won't be coming back. If this is the quality of food and service, I'd rather brave Florissant Walmart for a steak and know my experience will be equally as unpleasant and careless, but at least the food would taste better.P.S After writing all this, I deserve a Pulitzer.
Got here kinda close to closing. Our service was great. Everyone was extremely friendly. Place closed and we were able to stay and finish our meal.
My mother and I ordered deliver after a long day and I got a mango iced tea. I have never had a problem with it before. Tonight however I was given a large STRAWBERRY LEMONADE in a Pepsi cup. I am INCREDIBLY allergic to strawberries and thinking I was going to be taking a big sip of my mango iced tea I took a drink…to find I’d been given something that I CANNOT HAVE AND COULD MAKE ME VERY VERY ILL!! This is not ok!!! Someone was NOT paying attention to the order as they needed to- I would NEVER order a strawberry anything and to be given something out of someone else’s neglect that could hurt me is a HUGE problem!
Had carside to go, Food was hot, but portions were oddly small. Spent $60 overall but both cups of fries we received were a 1/4 full and the broccoli was about 2 -3pieces.
If I could give them no stars, I would. I placed an online car side to go. I made them aware I was here through their site. No one showed after me waiting 10 minutes. I called and waited on hold for 5 minutes. I come inside and I have to wait behind 3 people. The employees are loud and rude. All of us in the waiting area can here the staff cussing in the back. The cashier literally argued with the lady in front of me about an incorrect order. Just terrible!!!!!!
Food was great and the Service was Spot on. Our waitress was Ressie and she was just Wonderful. Beautiful Smile, very professional and caring. We will return soon.
Today was not a good day. car side to go was horrible I called in to let them know I was outside at 520 the person answered the phone laughing loudly and said we'll be right out. No one ever came. I had to go inside and wait in a very long slow moving line while the staff complained about each other. When I finally got to the front of the line and got my food the fries were cold and the rest lukewarm. She was not happy when I said my fries were cold "well the time they give you on the app is not right its been running 45 minutes behind" no excuse for giving someone bad food. Salads were warm and Ceasar salad was poorly made not enough lettuce for anything. Today was definitely a bad day for them.
Great service, even better people. They didn’t have most of the things we wanted; but it’s to expected at times.. we adjusted fine. On top of it I somehow got a free drink from a mess up. Can’t complain.
Got seated in less than 10 minutes, even though fairly busy. Waitress gets bonus points for maintaining a friendly attitude late in the evening on last night before the holidays.Food came out quick and hot. Refills were fast and without having to ask for them
