Can hardly wait for the A&W to open in Arnold, we don’t have one in this area. I really hope that it’s better than the reviews that I’ve read about the other locations. This A&W is in easy walking distance from our home and I’m sure that we will eat there frequently if it’s good. The fast food restaurants are having a tough time hiring people and you must hire dedicated people to make your business successful so it’s even tougher. Good management is the key. They are supposed to have their Grand Opening on May the ninth, the building looks amazing, I’m pretty sure this will be their show piece!

Went to dine in , middle of day. Was looking forward to a Frosty mug of root beer. Door was locked. No sign or explanation. Appeared there were customers inside. I do not frequent A.W. for its drive through. Very disappointing.
The service was very slow, wait for the food was about 30 minutes, other than that the food was okay.
Just left this restaurant and no one there for a reason. The girl in the drive thru window said no rootbeer float due to her just cleaning the ice cream machine 1.5 hours before close. Why? Where is management?

Ordered food on 3/1/21. Waited 20 minutes in one of their designated lanes and had to call the store to get our food. When our food arrived we were missing part of our order. We immediatly tried to call the store twice and recieved voicemail both times. We did not go through drive through a second time because there was a line and we had already spent 20 minutes waiting. I love a&w/ljs but we should not have had to call to get an order that wasnt even fullfilled correctly.
I got a long John silver's family meal with 8 piece fish. I got 3 packs of tartar sauce and ketchup after I asked for malt vinegar and tartar sauce. They could've at least gave 1 sauce per Fish. The workers were wearing masks but most were covering their mouth but not their nose. Ice cream was good.
Absolutely terrible service. Couldn’t finish my order before the girl tried to cut me off to give me the total. Gave her my order and got attitude back asking “what do you want?” I understand if you missed it, but the attitude isn’t needed. The large drink was half way full. Said thank you and got an uhuh and eye roll.....money well spent let me tell you. Just wasted $15. Also the burger was suppose to be plain but is covered in Mayo. Ridiculous.
Been 20 years since I've eaten at one of these. Food was good and hot.
