Ordered a large thin crust pizza. When it was delivered it was so soggy that I could not even eat it. Tried to grab a piece of it and I couldn’t the dough was all stuck together
It took 1& 3/4 hours (7:15-9) to get my pizza and it was NOT fresh out of the oven. First time ordering from them. Reheated in micro and the pizza was very good. The delivery person was very nice. I should be compensated.
I will never be ordering from here again. Absolutely unreliable and the staff lie.I ordered a BYO Pizza online at 5:45pm. The estimated delivery time was 7:00pm. It was a Saturday night, so I understand the longer wait time.I call at 7:25pm to check the status of my pizza. I provide my name and address. The staff member tells me that their internet is down and it's causing a delay in order, but she just packed my pizza and the delivery driver is on the way.I call again at 8:10pm to check the status of my pizza. Without providing any of my information a different staff member answers and tells me the same exact thing. That my pizza was just packed and on the way.I told him that I would like to go ahead and request a refund. He tells me that it's already on the way. I explain to him that I called 45 minutes earlier and was told my pizza was on the way and I don't want a cold pizza.He then asks me for my name to look up my order. He tells me that my order didn't go through. I tell him the charge to my card sure did and I would like a refund. He tells me that he will call his boss to take care of this.Both of the staff members lied about my pizza being on the way and the second one even attempted to stop my refund request because "it was already on the way". Absolutely ridiculous.
The pizza is good, but not good enough to put up with the snails-pace of the greasy looking kids who work there. You’d think making an order more than two hours in advance would give them enough time to have a pick-up order ready. My biggest regret is that I already tipped when I paid…
Very tasty deep dish pizza. Only complaints are prices can be high and if you get it delivered, it will take much longer than if you were to pick it up yourself. Other than that this is a very tasty pizza that is different than the other pizzas in Columbia
This restaurant is DISGUSTING! I would not recommend coming here. First, the inside looked disgusting, which should’ve been my sign to not order but I did anyway. Second, we asked for a 14 inch pizza and it was barely 10 inches! We mentioned it to the worker and he told us it was nothing he could do about it because “their having problems with their dough shrinking right now”. Ate our food and it was disgusting! Nastiest pizza I’ve ever had in my life, I could barely swallow it. The manager is also extremely rude! I called up there because I left my debit card and was being rushed off the phone and was met with a nasty attitude.
I am a Chicago pizza snob and worked at Papa dels in Champaign Illinois while attending the University of Illinois. Wise Guys pizza is fantastic. The deep dish is loaded with ingredients and the crust is fantastic along with a great sauce. It is my favorite place in Columbia now.
We are from out of town, visiting family in the hospital. Was really craving some good pizza. They say hole-in-the-wall restaurants usually have the best food. That's exactly what this place is. At least as an out-of-towner, it felt like a secret place. It's in the back room of a bar, and they literally have a counter and a window that you can see a giant kitchen through.The food.... Oh my God. I got a 10" order of cheese sticks and a 14" deep dish supreme. The smell that hit me when they put my food on the counter was like nothing I've smelled before. My mouth instantly watered.I didn't get to start eating my food for about an hour after I got it. It was somehow still hot, and let me tell you, that was the absolute best pizza I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Every bite was perfect. The crust was incredible. The cheese sticks were basically a giant pile of melted mozzarella with garlic and a little bread. I say that in a good way. They were amazing. We stuck the pizza in our hotel fridge and had some cold for breakfast today. I don't know how their pizza improved in the refrigerator overnight, but somehow it did.If you get a chance to visit this place, do it. I'm sure all the locals are like "yeah, Wiseguys, everyone knows that place" but I'm going to call it a secret restaurant anyway. 10/10, will absolutely miss this pizza when I go home.

Got yelled at by a random girl worker (after not even talking to her). When I asked the other employee who I was actually talking to why she just yelled at me, because I literally had not had a single word with her, he said it was because she was going through personal issues outside of work.We all have rough days and I've went to work before after having a bad day and I was still able to be professional and courteous to any customer or co-worker. The whole situation just actually blew my mind that it even happened.One star cause the food is great and I love their cheese sticks! I actually get pizza here often, but I don't feel it's right for someone to talk to anyone at all the way she spoke to me.
