Attempted to order delivery. Never received it. Then had to go through Doordash customer service. Did end up getting a refund thoughLong story short: Do not order delivery from here until they get their own in-house delivery guys.
On this occasion, they had no wings. So we had their chicken nuggets instead. The sauces were nasty. Gelatinous goo made with starch and different colored powders with terrible off flavors from the industrial process. It's like fast food in every way, except that it takes a long time to get. The people were nice, I give them an extra star for that.
Food's good, but they can't manage to make sure the order is correct and if you call to get your right food, they say "we can't prove we were the ones who messed up".Poor customer service, even if the food is good. I'd avoid them.
Good wings and great staff. Bree and Nate are the best. I told Nate he really lit me up on the last Atomic and decided I try the Louisiana rub and they were great. One of them might have had a little Atomic sauce on it. He knew I'd eat and I did. Just a little fun but man my lips are still hot. Thanks to Nate and Bree I'll be back for some more hot wings. ?
This location is poorly managed with unprofessional staff. I waited for 45 minutes with no sign my order was to be produced any time soon. I asked for my money back, as I didn't have the time to wait any longer. The cashier told me refunds were not possible and a manager would have to do it, but no manager was present (a lie). I was stern, but calm. The cashier told me I needed to leave. I refused, not without either my order or a refund. My order suddenly appeared (to-go instead of dine in as I requested) and she again told me I had to leave (She pretended to call the police, to which I told her to go ahead). I ignored her asinine request and proceeded to a table. The AWOL manager finally appeared and attempted to smooth things over, making it clear the junior employee did not have the authority to eject me from the establishment and also confirmed the reality that I had not been inappropriate in my conduct. If a competent manager was present in the first place, none of this chaos would occur. I love Wing Stop but I've never go to this "Lord of the Flies" location again.
The food was hot, fresh, and delish! We'll definitely be back.
I go in here on a regular basis and I gotta give credit where credit is due!! The staff here is always amazing!! In these times it’s hard to get good customer service but they nail it every time!! Everyone is always working, helpful and friendly!! Thank you all!!
I arrived at 11:00 p.m. . They are open until midnight. The person who was getting ready to exit the store and work there ask the girl behind the counter if she knew how to ring up an order. She said no. The three employees who were working decided that they did not want to serve us. So they said that they were closed. That they had ran out of food. Which was a total lie because he was going to place the order until she said she didn't know how to do it.
