Yes, one of the joints to be on the weekends in Columbia Mo. On Fridays you have to be there and ready to be entertained. The music is great, drinks flowing. Most of the times there's a queue. The earlier you get there, the better.
Fun as heck Mizzou college bar!
One of Columbia's classics. Burger was okay but not as good as I remembered. Loaded fries made up for it though. This just a great all around bar for a beer or lunch when downtown.

After spending 3 years in Columbia I can confidently say that Willie's is my favorite bar in the area. The dance floor is spacious, lights and setup of the bar is aesthetically pleasing, and the music is usually good. I usually go on Thursdays, Friday's, or on Saturday and I always have a good time.
Busiest bar in Columbia. Huge favorite of the college crowd. Food is tasty too!

Bartenders neglected to serve my girlfriend and I, then kicked us out for taking the two drinks we paid for, saying they were for someone else and we stole them. This is a great bar to go to if the bartenders know you or you appear to have money. Other than that, you will wait at the bar while others get served before you, regardless of how long you've been waiting Very horrible bar, even for college bar standards.
It was a busy football Saturday, so it's not fair to judge. Seems to be a nice place.
