Mrs. Lee is amazing we love going to see her. She is so cheerful and amazing with my six year old. The eleven year old is always cold. On one visit it was rainy and she noticed he was freezing so she turned the ac off. She never lets are cups go empty and always double checks our order. She is the best and we love her so much! She needs a promotion for sure!!!
Chain restaurants are made because of staff interactions and the staff here was great. The food is always the same pretty much but I will say the cook nailed the over medium eggs.
Absolutely Outstanding experience, every time. Lee is the best - point blank, Period. Amazing service, genuine kindness, total professionalism, she is phenomenal at what she does. This place is always going to be my go-to in the mornings. Between the cooks doing their magic at the grill, and Lee's exceptional service - this place is a ray of sunshine to my day.
Another amazing waffle house. There aren't many great places in America where you can get a good hearty meal at an amazing price. I went in for take out and Lee helped me. It was nice seeing someone that enjoys their job just as much as I do.

Waffle house always makes my / our orders custom. Has the best hash browns. Just like I like em. Crispy but not burnt. Just like I like my bacon. Eggs over easy.
Great food, friendly staff…glad we were able to stop in and take a break from the road. Freshly made sweet tea was a real treat. Also it was a blessing to witness an act of kindness to a waitress, it gives us hope that there is still goodness in the world.
The place could have used some cleaning and we waited for service unsure of what to do?...when service arrived the man was friendly. He took our orders..we were one of two tables, as it was 3 pm..I got a pecan waffle which was thin and had no discernable pecans. I ordered a grit bowl and got a hashbrown bowl. We were hungry so did not complain..the bacon was crispy and my friends grits were perfectly cooked. All in all the food was tasty and the coffee wonderful. If you don't mind surprises it was a very earthy experience, would recommend occasionally for something different.
Went around 2 am. No dine in available. The wait staff never showed up to work. There was 1 cook and 1 cook taking orders and giving orders to go. Both of these men wear above and beyond for a great customer service. Only took one star off because there was no dine in like it stated on website
Was in about 11 pm on a Tuesday evening. There were only 2 employees. The place was about one forth full, trash on tables and the bar.I was ignored for a good 20 minutes. The guy taking orders never looked up for 10 minutes to acknowledge anyone walking in.Once he took my order he never gsve me any utensils or napkins. He gave me the food and never made any attempt to make eye contact or look up from the floor.I asked for a fork and he never acknowledged me.I walked over to the wait station and got my own napkins and fork.The management needs to use this as a training excersize. There is a shortage of workers but not a shortage of customers. Pay for better training and increase wages for those willing to do the work.
