The service was fast enough but they missed some food items in my order as I went through drive through I did not check it and I felt this is not the right way.
Seriously Taco Bell on Clark LN?!? This is the amount of meat and toppings you're giving me on my tacos? I know the economy is rough, but you don't see McDonald's running out of burgers and fries. I should have just ordered empty shells and tortilla because that's basically what I got. I'm done with Taco Bell. Especially this location!
I had a horrible experience at three (3) Columbia Taco Bells!1) They need to update their hours on the website.2)Have employees taking orders that can talk clearly & use common, proper English.3) Sell items as priced on advertisements on TV.I have lost my taste for Taco Bell and will not positively refer them as a place for a quality dining experience!
I drove from hallsville and had a big order. I got back and the burritos I ordered that were supposed to have no onions in it, had more onions then anything else in it. The 8 Chipotle melts had no sauce in them. And the gordita boxes came without the tacos. I am usually not one to leave a bad review but for as much as I ordered and was wrong I am. Not at all happy with this trip.tried calling like 6 times to let them know and they never answered. It would ring until it hung up and said line busy. I dont know how they expect to keep business like this but they won't be getting mine anymore.
I didn't go inside. The drive through experience was good. However the food quality has gone down. I m sorry to see this. I ve been going to taco bell for 20 yrs. Maybe things will pick up.
Taco Bell doesn't seem as good as it used to be. I still love the Taco's and the cinnabons. The five layer burrito is lacking the other two layers. And, maybe it's just me, but I don't often feel very good after eating there. Sad to say.
Did you know the app menu is different from the one in the store? The store is more expensive?Food was OK. The Chalupa shell was very hard :*(.Staff was nice & friendly.
Took nearly 20 min to get a cup of coffee and the restaurant wasn't busy at 3 in the afternoon. While that's not their main focus, is it's on the menu, staff should be organized enough to provide fast food service!
The nicest man EVER took my order at the drive thru. (However, our burritos were sloppily made and had spilled out into the paper wrappers before we opened them. Big mess.)
No person to order with and staff worried about drive thru and door dash orders and lobby orders last. After forever to get order it was wrong. I told employee and he said ok, but never came back to front to correct. Horrible experience....never again!
