Tables were dirty 2 girls working and just talking while making orders and kept stopping took almost 30 mins to get our order and they prolly had 4 driveway order whole time there and 0 indoor customers except us
Very good staff always trying their best to get the food out fast.
Food was good. My girlfriend did not like the way the Dr pepper tasted so I asked them if they can check it. I would have been ok if they would have just said it does not need changed and just let us try a new one. But instead the gentleman who tasted it ( window was closed so I could not hear what he said but I got the hand movements) acted mad because it tasted fine to him. I worked fast food all my life and I know this sometimes when u run a soda stuff might happen. If the box is still full and it taste fine then give the customer a new one. There is no reason to getad and tell the manger to handle it. I just asked for a new one that's it. I don't ever ask for much I just don't want what I paid for those sodas are not cheap. But the food was great I just hope whoever I see in that window next time does not treat me like I'm retarted for not being satisfied with my drink.
Very bad service, cashier was very rude with the customers in the drive thru, She said she was short on some things. I understood the frustration, and bring short staff but don't take it on the customers. And the guy who handed me the food didn't even look at me or no greeting.
I placed an order through ubereats and only recieved a part of the order. I called and spoke with the Gm LISA and she personally delivered the rest of the order. She has gone way above and beyond. Especially since uber eats hasn't fixed the situation as of yet. . THANK YOU LISA you are the best!
You guys really should open your lobby at least for mobile order pickup. I'm an ubereats driver that refuses to pick up at your restaurant because waiting in your drive thru for 30+ minutes to make 5 dollars on a delivery, especially when that means idling my car that long with these gas prices. You got things mixed up.
It's Taco Bell; however, you don't expect your food flung at you like you're discusting..You have to select and put in how many sauces you want... But yet we didn't even get half of what we ordered and only 1 of the two flavors we ordered. You might want to talk to your drive-thru peeps about keeping their personal bigotry to themselves... I don't expect much from a taco bell, but I mean decent, basic manners would've been nice.
Ordered on the mobile app for pick up inside at the counter. My order showed as completed at 8:57PM. I arrived at the store at 9PM to find the lobby was closed. I got in the drive thru lane to pick up my order. 20 minutes later I arrived at the window only to find out they didn’t have my order. The girl was extremely rude and wanted me to leave, so no food and my credit card was charged. No effort made whatsoever to find my order, no apology, and no explanation as to why they didn’t have my order. It was a lovely experience.
The attitude of the night shift employees- specifically the girl with large glasses and pink hair- is insane! I believe her name is Jordan. She and another young guy were working Drive thru. They got my order wrong. After waiting in the drive thru line for more than 20 minutes, I asked them for clarification on 3 items on my receipt because they got black bean and beef mixed up. She rolled her eyes, scoffed, and complained about me requesting the correct food. When she came back to the window with the food she had a sly smile like she knew it was still wrong. After checking the food 1/2 of it was wrong. So I go back through the drive through thinking I’m just going to re-order and pay for the correct food because their lobby is closed. She recognized me when I pulled up to the window, then told the other drive thru employee, and the line employees I was back. All of them then begin to mock me thinking I couldn’t hear them through the window. I wasn’t expecting 5 star service from a Taco Bell, but that was uncalled for, especially because I wasn’t being rude about asking for the corrections.
I was in the drive thru and the girl who took my order sounded as she didn’t want to be there or even wanted to talk to anyone. Once I got my food..I said thank you and she didn’t even reply. Ok, a simple ‘you’re welcome’ would’ve been great. Customer service there is the worse and I wasn’t even rude or giving anyone a hard time. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this kind of situation. Customer service isn’t for everyone but if you don’t like what you’re doing, I highly suggest get another job.
