The best food I ever had. They were a little slow when making the food but it was worth the wait. They have lots of options for tacos, burritos and quesadillas.
Pretty fast. Chips fresh. New chicken tacos good. My chalupa was not so fresh kinda stale
I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order. While one guy was in the back cooking all the food. Meanwhile, all the other employees were at the front counter surrounding two employees playing chess while on the clock. Obviously dude was there for a while because he even brought a chair and got comfortable. One of the employees playing chess was a shift lead. How does that work?
I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but this location was just really bad. Driving across Missouri, this was our lunch stop. We ordered at a kiosk (which I do like for the record?) and then wait for them to call your name. We all used the bathroom while waiting and the ladies bathroom was straight up yucky. Out of tp in one stall, and LOTS of flies. Then we waited for over ten minutes for our food, which isn't terrible, but it wasn't busy, inside or dive thru. It felt like many employees were standing around talking (they didn't have to take orders after all). The employee who gave me our food was very pleasant and upbeat. ?
There were bicycles parked inside dining area. Homeless being allowed to sleep in the dining area. All this going on like it was no big deal.
They were not busy, maybe 4 separate orders and drive thru had 2 or 3 cars in line and 5-6 employees at work.It took 23min to get our meal but it wasn't too bad. I got the nacho del grande meal and it tasted fresh, even the hard taco was fresh with a warm shell. A lil bit to much extra cheese on the nachos tho but I'm not gonna complain, normally u have to ask for extra cheese.2 of my son's said there good was really good tok but my other son said his soft tacos shell was kinda hard on the outside edge. The "quality" of the food made up for the time we waited.
Sometimes they close the lobby and the drive t&rough can take a while. The way they set it up you may get stuck if you park in the wrong spot.
The food was good. The wait was horrible. I sat in line for over 30 minutes. The staff was really nice. I'm sure they were doing their best.
If zero stars were possible, I’d pick that. I order UberEats and the bag is obviously sealed when the UberEats driver picks it up, so he can’t check in the bag for correctness. I will say he could’ve checked to make sure there wasn’t a drink ordered, but I’ve settled that with UberEats. I call the restaurant and the crusty woman that answers the phone is rude from the getgo saying she prepared my order and she “doesn’t remember there being nacho fries”. I let her know I could send her a photo of my receipt if she’d like. She then goes on to say it’s not their problem to fix and to take it up with UberEats. Everyone knows the solution from UberEats is a refund. That doesn’t feed me in the moment, nor is their refund ever enough to cover the delivery charge if I were to make another order for those items. It’s not that difficult to get a simple order correct. My order was literally the most simple it could possibly be. I’m the most forgiving person for food service workers, as I did the job for many years. But there’s some things that are beyond reasonable, and this was one of them. This was pure idiocy and laziness.
Worst Taco Bell I’m Columbia. This is the 3rd time in a month I took a chance on eating there due to no line and only getting a 30 min lunch break. Food is always cold or Incorrect. the last two times the tomatoes taste sour. Only reason I attempted again was nacho fries were back, but again they gave them our cold and old. I could understand if they had a line. But there was only one car in line. Sad. Wish corporate would handle this store
