The lady working was EXTREMELY rude to me and was very impatient with me. When I asked her to repeat what she said she repeated but with a very rude and angry tone.

I think this place as finally turned aroun! I went there today and Ursula was so fun to talk to while making my salad. She even went above and beyond and asked if I wanted more veggies and also if it looked okay to me! I use to dread going here but the last few times I have went the food was fresh and the workers were fast and very kind! The only downside is the prices are pretty high now but I know they can't control that as employees of a chain restaurant. Subway, I hope Ursula becomes the manager because she was a joy!
I want inside cause I'm on a time crunch as I've got a business to run. Was in there for about 10 mins and nobody came upfront and I said hello twice and nothing. Very disappointed. Not going back to that location again
Great service and friendly staff
Ordered a BMT salad online for pick-up. Added extra spinach, onions, olives, pickles, in addition to the lettuce, green peppers, and cucumbers @ online cart. There was literally half a cup of lettuce, 6 spinach leaves, one slice worth of onion, 6 green pepper pieces, 8 olive slices, 8 pickle slices, and 3 cucumber slices in the salad. I finished eating all the veggies in 6 bites. Only reason this review is not 1 star is they actually added double meat as requested online. I will not visit this location again.
This is my sons and I spot! The young lady that is always working alone, but never complains is the only person I will allow to serve us , because she is amazing. I personally work at the Columbia Mall and I refuse to go to the mall Subway, or the Subway on crossroads . I only go to the subway on business loop when my girl is working. I feel so bad because I don’t have her name but she is Always there and so friendly, professional. And if she isn’t a manager she should be because she is managing the store by her self , in a rough area, and always makes her guest feel amazing!!!! And she always remembers me and my son.

By far one of the best experience ever at a subway. I believe her name was Natasha (I hope I’m not wrong and I’m sorry if I am). She was one of the friendliest and kinda employee I’ve meet at a subway. Most of the time they are rude and act like they hate their job. But she was polite and let’s not forget she made an amazing sandwich. During our conversation she had mentioned she had to work all day and that impressed me because of how nice and friendly she was!! If u get the chance definitely swing by and give her some love. Let’s not forget to tip her for her yummy work and great attitude!
