If I could give zero stars, I would. The employee insulted me the entire time I ordered, dispite me saying nothing other than what I wanted on the sandwich. She was super nice to the lady behind me though, maybe she just didn't like how I looked? Never left a review for any place before, but you couldn't pay me to put up with that again.
Probably the rudest employee I’ve ever interacted with anywhere. Super pushy and angry at me for taking even 1 second to decide what I want. Pretty much yelled at and demeaned me the entire time I was in the place. I don’t leave reviews on places usually but this was wild I couldn’t not say anything. Only giving it a 2 because the place was clean and inviting. Too bad the staff was unbelievably hostile.
Subway but normally people care how well they do at their job in Como...it's way good. <3 - Lady Raine
It's subway, what can I say? It's ok... Greatly depends on who makes your sandwich. Definitely no consistency.
Atmosphere: The main thing I noticed about this location was all the crumbs. There wasn't an area to sit that didn't have crumbs on the table waiting to greet you. This was even when the place wasn't very busy, and the staff could have had time to wipe down the tables.
This particular location has been unworkable for at least the past year. Always out of most bread options, never have soup, never have veggie patties, toppings always looking exposed and slimy, etc. Being friendly to the staff doesn't prevent them from mistreating you. They also won't honor coupons taken by ALL other Subway locations. Not because this location doesn't accept them, but because staff is unwilling/incapable of applying them. We have had to walk out twice, it was that bad. We dine out very often, and this place has 2 of my bottom CoMO restaurant experiences of the past 15+ years.
