I was served burnt pieces of roast beef and then was treated very rudely but the staff.. The Manager's only response was it was not under her control and there was nothing she could do. I will not be back to this location.
Sandwich was horrible. Absolutely NO flavor what so ever. This is my 3rd time and every sandwich gets worse and worse. The customer service sucked. Employees had 0 personality. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Sandwich took forever to get. Just nothing good about this place.
Been a fan for so many years, not after today tho..onion soup that used to be great had little to no flavor, almost no meat on the sandwiches..cant imagine bothering to go back.
I was excited to order over the phone a Italian with Italian dressing instead of pizza sauce. I had my assistant go and pick it up because we are at work , he brought back a Italian with pizza sauce not only inside but all over the outside of sandwich. I drive over and wait “as they catch up” to have a rude woman come up to counter and gives me attitude for returning the sub and ask for my money back. Sandwich is still hot and she says I need a receipt. I almost lost my mind. Terrible customer service. Never will our business order from here again . I paid 9.71 and she was so lazy to do her job , she refused 8.03. Seriously
If I could give zero stars I would. I was happy they were open on Easter & wanted to give it a try! We purchased 4, quarter sammies & a tomato soup. The sandwiches were small, to be expected. But there was little to no meat & as far as flavor we couldn't finish any of them. The cashier was rude & I spent $27 for hard bread on the tiny sandwiches, soup that tasted like it was out of the can with weird white chunks I'm assuming was cheese, the au jus that came with the french dip was practically clear & had zero flavor. The "bread" that comes with the tomato soup, came INSIDE the soup? Like what? ? neverrrr have I ever it was a gross soggy mess.All in all, I would never suggest to friends or family, I will not return, & I should've saved myself the $27.
Just got a Roast Beef and Swiss sandwich and thought it tasted like a salad on bread. I opened it up and it was super light on RB and absolutely NO Swiss. I just wanted a good RB and Swiss sandwich and got zero so that’s what I’m going to give you in Stars…just for the record…because apparently you can’t post zero stars. I never complain but in this case, I’m making an exception. I had already paid for the sandwich including the extra charge for cheese and it’s literally not on there.
Best cooked subs in town. Always a great staff. Their French onion soup is outrageous
This was one of my favorite places when it first opened when I was in college nearly 40 years ago. Stopped at the Worley location driving across the country. The food is still as good, especially the veggie. The service, however, was not good. The woman at the counter seemed in a bad mood and barely communicated. The woman in the back making sandwiches was a little better when she came out. The place was a bit run down, as well.
The best sandwich in the world doesn't make up for the worst customer service. DONT HIRE UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE TOO WORK THE REGISTER. Sad, have been coming for years.
Pretty upset that a $15 sandwich has such little meat. A French dip is only meet and cheese. There was way more bread than meat and cheese. Pretty disappointing.
