Their sandwiches are delicious, no doubt. However, after working there for multiple months, I can say that this is not a business I want to support. The management is incredibly unkind to both staff and customers. Also, nothing is ever clean ... ever.

The vegetarian with bacon was delicious (thank you to the cashier's recommendation). My only issue was the overload of mayo. My sandwich was a mess.. good but unreasonably messy.

I may be biased because I'm good friends with the bread baker but this place is excellent. They put effort into their food.

Over $9 for a six inch sub that had so little toppings that you couldn't see them unless you open the sandwich. Most of the gas stations in the area serve better subs. I now know why the parking lot was empty on a Friday night.

The Veggie Whole Sub is a sandwich made for the Gods! It's my pleasure to eat it. The store on 8th Street is really cool looking with good music playing, great ambiance. Thanks for delivering a great experience time and time again!! Love you Guys!

very poor management. ...

Called their main phone number and they took my order and told me that my sandwich would be available for pick up in about 20 minutes at the Worley Street location. Arrived at that shop and was told that they didn't receive the order. Evidently Sub Shop prints orders from the main phone number and then FAXes the orders to the particular shop that is making the sandwich. Called the main number again and they claimed that they had FAXed the order and that their FAX machine indicated that the FAX was sent. The Worley Street location didn't receive the FAX and their staff stated that maybe their FAX machine wasn't working (or maybe it was out of paper, they weren't sure). No one at the Worley Street location offered assistance. No one said "how can we make this right"? No one said "let's see how fast we can make the sandwich so you can get home soon"? I have been a customer of Sub Shop for decades and love their sandwiches, but they need to invest in some technology from this century to process their orders.

Fresh fast food. Nice environment. Great art work and wall decorations. Staff very friendly.

Art succeeded today in having Sub Shop receive a one star review. Good job, Art. You're the kind of manager that most employers would avoid hiring. Since I make a point of tipping well, well above 20 percent, I certainly do expect to have my cup of coffee made a certain way. But Art's lack of customer service didn't agree. You should be proud Art. You turned a good customer into a no customer.

Sub Shop has long been my favorite sandwich shop. I ordered some sandwiches tonight at 7:18pm. I expect a 45 minute wait or so, and was told to expect that. My food showed up at 9:26pm. Not sure if they changed ownership or what, and I’ve ordered from them often enough to know the 45 minutes is “soft” but over two hours is unacceptable.
