So the sweet cream vanilla cold brew tasted weird. But I'm willing to give it another shot.

I use to have this location rated 5 star however the service has been decorating. Everyone at one time very pleasant lately that has not been the case. Also, another place that has been reducing their products. Drinks use to be filled, now when I pick up my cup I feel how light it is open it up and if lucky might be 3/4 full more times it has been 1/2 full. No its not because I let it sit this is made and handed right to me like this. Such a disappointment. Between service and quantity I changed my rating to a 3 hope they improve.

For us North Columbians, this location opening was exciting for us. However, it is in an awkward location. Its hard to get to if you're not a local and know the easiest way to approach. Also, it seems as though the lobby is hardly open due to staffing or mobile ordering is off as well due to this. The wait in the drive thru alone can range from 1 min to 15. Unfortunately I'll have to start going to another location to ensure that I can get my coffee and make it to work on time.

Beautiful new Starbucks! The drive through lineup impedes the folks who actually walk in, poor design for those wanting to park. Other than that its typical.

We like this place. Nice spot to have peaceful moments.

Yes Starbucks can be pricey. But they have the best customer service around, great coffee and 2 incredible greeters (that are very vocal, run up to your car, and will fly around the building just to impress). How much the geese are paid I am not sure. Always brings a smile.

I really tried not to leave this review but seriously enough is enough. Over the last few months, these have been my experiences:1) Randomly being closed when all signage says open, no notes on the door or drive thru indicating they're closed.2) Next day I called to be sure they're open since they were randomly closed the day before. Guy said yes, but closing at 2. I get there at 1, they're closed and the sign on drive thru said they closed at 12:30, but I had called to see if they were open at 12:45!3) There's always so much trash along the drive thru. And it's the same trash every time. I've had to look at the same old masks, and the same grocery bags every time I come. They just don't care to clean it up. There's been a child's shoe in one parking area for two weeks.4) Came through and got a sandwich. Got to my destination, opened it, and it was ice cold inside. Had to go back to the store. They tried to act like they didn't believe me until I pulled it out and told the guy to touch it.5) Today I ordered, picked up, and reached my destination to find it was a totally different sandwich than I had ordered. Went all the way back and the guy told me they're out of all but like 2 kinds, and they "probably did that because they didn't have the one I ordered" I mean what? Who does that?!You should probably skip this place. They're unreliable, dirty, and apparently have no qualms with wasting your time and money.

We came here for the first time, after we bought our coffee, the cashier girl said we can't sit there we are closing, on Google it closes 8 pm but they decided to close at 230pm despite that people were still sitting in lounge... we won't come back here again
