This was the slowest staffed Starbucks I have ever been to! There were at least 7 people working behind the counter, and I still didn’t get my order within good time. I ordered online, and waited the allotted amount of time, when I can in only one of my drinks were ready. I had order two drinks and a sandwich. I ended up having to leave without my sandwich, because it was taking too long and I had places to be. I asked a worker about it, and she replied very rudely. Please train your staff better Starbucks
I asked for Oatmilk and was absolutely given a dairy-based milk. I am very sensitive to dairy and had a stomach ache for several hours.
Was fast service, but completely messed up my order. They refused to replace it and the cashier ignored me when I asked for napkins. Worst Starbucks I've been too.
25 minutes late on my vanilla crème tall drink. I ordered ahead and still had to wait almost 30 minutes for my drink It’s really insane.
Really clean and cashier was very friendly and helpful with questions. They were very busy so our 3 drinks took 15 mins or so. Not upset just a very busy location.
Every time I come here it’s a low quality experience. Most of the time the employees ignore you because they’re too busy talking to each other or the drink is made poorly (not consistent with other Starbucks).
Every Employee I've talked to are always really nice and chipper regardless of how busy they are. This location has a very short drive through so if you go in the morning during rush hour or in the evening during rush hour it's hard to no be in the middle of the sonic drive-in when waiting in line.
Drive through is super slow, especially at peak times. Parking lot is a nightmare and so small. Coffee, drinks and food are pretty standard for a Starbucks, nothing amazing
Why this place is so busy I'll never know. My breakfast sandwich was cold, had 2 slices of half cooked bacon and a tiny piece of cheese. The hot chocolate wasn't that good and not full. This for $9.50?? I've had better for half that from a gas station.
Hooooollyyy moolllyy! These people are slow as molasses! I’ve never waited as long as I do for Starbucks as I have at this location, almost 25 mins for a drink, what in the world! Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me. Seriously, TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER! For the love of Starbucks, PLEASE!
