Fast Starbucks! Staff if always friendly and super attentive! Wish it was closer to me :)
Whoa. Some of these 1 star reviews got me laughing SO hard. Bunch of entitled little whiny ‘adults’ — #GetOverYourself — Anyhow., most everything about my encounters with this store have been nearly flawless. My only minor complaint would be: the last two times I’ve ordered a vanilla latte, I’ve only gotten a regular latte. - Meh, it’s no big deal. I’m not going to pull out my whiners are us card and start blasting the reviews with my clearly established insecurity issues. - I just shut up and drank the coffee.
They were AMAZING! And they gave us a free drink they accidentally made and it was amazing! We called and got the name of it (Carmel Ruben crumble frappe) it was AMAZING! Our new favorite ? the whole family loved it! 10/10 recommended. This is the only Starbucks we go to!?
Coffee was slightly above room temperature at 5 PM on Saturday, 3 & 1/2 hours before close. At $3.50 for a cup of coffee the coffee should at LEAST be hot.
Slow as ... ordered on online, said 4-7 minutes. Still waiting 20 minutes later for one drink. 5 employees so not a staffing issue. Just don't care about customer service. They made a drink ordered in store 15 minutes after mine before mine. Seriously worst service ever.
I have visited this location several times in the past with adequate service, usually during the day on my way to work. I did a mobile order tonight for some hot chocolate. I walked into the location around 6:50pm, the store closes at 8:30. There were 2 young ladies behind the counter, one was mopping, the other toasting something. I hadn’t been in for a while and they changed the location of the drink pick ups. I noticed they were talking to each other on their headsets, glancing at me occasionally but not speaking to me. I waited patiently for about 2 minutes for them to greet me/acknowledge me, they did not. Eventually I noticed the drink stand and saw my two hot chocolates. I walked over to the counter and they stopped talking and looked at me, not saying a word. I took my drinks and left, again, silence. I am not sure what was going on, but I felt very uncomfortable in this location. Usually someone says at least “hello”, but they acted like I was an alien or something. We were the only people in the store, and I was looking right at them. I hate to think it would have something to do with the fact that I am a person of color, but that’s certainly what it felt like. Disappointing if so, I literally visit this store all the time. Thinking I might take my business to the local coffee spots from now on anyway, support small business, no prejudice plus coffee is better.
Quick service and yummy Frappuccinos. Huge line but we made it through fast.
Their smoked bacon egg and cheddar croissants are fire..???? and coffee is great as usual.... And the service was very friendly
The experience would be better but they stopped have hazelnut syrup so now that Christmas drinks are out they don’t have moca in stock.
Terrible awareness. Drove out of my way from the highway to get coffee. Ordered my coffee to be told only after five minutes of waiting that they were out of honey. Dumb. Just dumb.
