Slow to make the drinks, whole playing and not paying attention to the customers. Next to no interaction with the customers because they employees were too busy interacting with eachother.

Worst experience ever because I ordered a mobile order and the app told me it be done at 9:28, notified me it was done at 9:23 and when I showed up at 9:28 ish I had to go up to the counter and ask where my drink was and they said someone stole it probably and then now I’m still waiting for my medium size drink 30 min later and no one makes it have to go back up and ask why it’s not being made and she says she didn’t under stand me and that her bad. Lol I didn’t even care until the 30 min now leaving @ 9:53

For it being finals week it was very very slow. But I enjoyed play to my order and get in my drain very quickly. I figured it would be jam-packed with college students studying but it wasn't. The Barista was very friendly

Either this location is not making drinks to the typical starbucks standards or starbucks quality has seriously gone down since my last coffee from them. I ordered an almond milk latte with SF vanilla and its tasteless. Nothing coffee or vanilla about it. Just steamed milk. Not worth the almost $6.

This Starbucks has lost a star over time. The newer staff appear to be less focused on efficiently making drinks and more focused on checking their phones and talking amongst themselves. However, the quality of food/drinks remains high.

Good service.

As always the coffee is great however it shouldn’t take 14 minutes to be made. They staff is running in circles and doesn’t seem to be able to handle the volume of walk in & mobile orders.

The baristas do a great job, but they always seem rushed and a little flustered, even understaffed. The remodel in 2020 got rid of the old chairs, so definitely sit on the bench if you're going to hang out.

Fantastic and friendly staff. Also the downtown location is very convenient, especially for folks who are visiting the hospital.

The only reason I am posting this review is due to the service I recieved at this location from one specific employee: Annalin. Upon walking into the coffee shop, she greeted me, asked my name, acted personably, and went out of her way to make me feel like a valued guest. I do not normally go to Starbucks, but I will be sure to revisit this specific location because of environment Annalin has cultivated. She is not only an asset to this store location, but the community as a whole.
