Used online order ahead and they made us sit in drive thru over 40 minutes for our order and were directing everyone from the stalls to drive thru only. Only to tell us the ice cream was out once and the other time it was a broken machine. This location has gone downhill the past month. Food isnt as good as before the past few times and third time we waited over a half hour for 2 half melted blasts which is ridiculous.
To begin, they were out of pork for the pork tenderloin sandwiches we ordered. We stated twice that we wanted NO mayo on either of the sandwiches we did order and one was served WITH mayo. We ordered tots, and mozzarella sticks were prepared but we caught that and asked for correction. The wait was tediously long and as we waited at the drive thru window it appeared that the interior was not particularly clean and we could also overhear an apparent argument among staff. Sonic has been a favorite for a number of years but this was not at all a good experience but extremely negative and disappointing. I'll think a second time before returning.
It was great! I love the cherry limeade and breakfast sandwich. Great customer service!
Terrible. I ordered pickle fries, I got a half a bag of unedible burnt crumbles. Last time we got burgers, they were stale and old and the buns were rock hard. We had to remove the buns to be able to eat them.
got the new pickle fries and a strawberry lemonade slushie with nerds. pickle fries were great but we had to ask for ranch instead of it already being in the bag despite asking for it on the app. slush was only strawberry and the nerds were just on top and were really faded. looked like they'd been sitting there awhile which was odd considering we ordered on the app after we arrived at sonic, so it's not like it would've had time to melt.
This Sonic is usually very quick to get your order out. The employees are usually nice as well.
Took forever on my order ahead carhop delivery. Which the screen said was being delivered 15 minutes before it ever was... All I ordered was a sweet tea.
I have never had an order from this Sonic completed correctly. There is always atleast 1 missing item. Additionally, there is always Incompetent staff.
They do not care to get your order correct. I called and asked if i could get my order replaced and they give attitude and call you a liar. I just wanted a med chocolate shake lolDo NOT come to this sonic. Just drive a bit further out to the next
Ordering in the app was very easy. My order was prepared and delivered to my stall quickly and accurately. The carhop wasn't friendly at all.
