I LOVE sonic. But I just got the most disgusting chili cheese dog I’ve ever had. The hot dog was clearly not a sonic hot dog. It was bright red and tasted AWFUL. I legitimately almost puked.

If I could have gave it 0 stars I would have.Went to eat there on 7-24-2022 at 12:15pm.Coney dog was not cooked chili and cheese was cold and tater tots where old and still.I will never eat there again. Management and employees need to be replaced. Sorry...

We had eaten our food and were trying to start the car but the battery was dead. We are two seniors and knew it would be difficult for anyone to jump our car because we were parked in the Sonic parking spot. We told one of the car hops that my husband was going to walk over to buy a battery-but we were concerned about how heavy it would be. The young man went into the Sonic and got another worker who had and instrument to start our car. They were life savers and we could not be more grateful!!!

Thursday, June 30 around 1pm I stopped in to grab a blast and as I waited for my ice cream I watched this team of four people bust their butts and get things out and work as a team. As someone who is and has worked in fast food and dining restaurants I was just so proud and happy to see hard workers! These team members should be told they are amazing and keep up the hard work!

I pushed the red button then waited about 15 minutes. I tried to flag a car hop but she walked past me. A man came out about 5 minutes later and asked if I had been helped. I said not yet. His reply oh well the computers not working now sorry. It will be 30 minutes or more. He then went down the line and told all the other customers. I generally have no issues with waiting but it was the rude way he told me that actually made me upset with the whole experience. First time I stopped at this sonic.

We went at dinner time so it was busy as heck and it took awhile to get someone to take our order but other then that it was good...

I really love the service and food is always good. I really wish the would allow you to tip when paying with credit card.

Customer service: Was not the best. The intercom lady seemed very irritable. But the food delivery person was nice. If they were the same person there attitude had improvedFood was good though.

I don't really report properly to the fast food industry as I also work when I was younger and know about the difficulties within the industry!Recently my son went this sonic for dinner for him and I. He went and placed the order in person and waited. In a reasonable amount of time our order was given to him. Upon arrival at home er discover only my order was in the bag. My son is now returning to find out what happened! As it happened a second bag had been left behind. So really no harm no foul! Don't know if it was an error due to lack of personal or if it was just extremely busy! If it's a staffing problem due to lack of personal maybe evaluate the hourly rate! To attract more personal! After all it's not really a personal shortage it's a wage shortage problem!
