This place always has issues. Everytime Inorder there's always an issue. On this last order, I ordered for delivery it said 75 minutes. After 80, I called and was told they were just now putting it in the oven. I told them I would just pick it up and to take off the delivery fee. I called them when I arrive and asked them about taking off the delivery fee. The person I talked to said he's "pretty sure" the manager took it off but would check. A guy came out to the car and brought me my pizza but didn't know about the delivery fee issue and the receipt was just a ticket without the pricing. Now I have to wait until the next business day to see what I will be charged. Hoping they did the right thing. Of course no one apologized about the very long wait.
Always love Shakespeare's. First time at this location though. It's been a year since we went. I still like them. Prices went up though, we had 2 pizzas and 5 drinks for 60. The economy though can't help I'm sure.
Little bit of a wait but a good pizza, I can definitely see why they were recommended. The dough balls for the kids to play with is an added bonus.
Pizza was delicious and staff was friendly. I enjoyed the atmosphere as well.

The "Vegetablnarian" was fully and I mean FULLY loaded with vegetables and cheese, the garlic cheese bread was so good we nearly fought forks for it!Don't skip on getting the sauce for the bread if you're there! The sauce may be a highlight, it's sweet and tastier than most places pizza sauce! Really good.Self service (think Panera, food at the counter atmosphere) was interesting very traditional pizza place nothing super fancy
Very disappointed, ordered using the website and selected 2 coupons 1 was not applied and was charged more than coupon said it was because. Coupon did not clearly state what I was getting. Manager wad unwillingly to see the problem with website, or help I paid $61 for 1 pizza and salad will not be using them again or recommending. Customers should be valued more and then website should be more clear.
I am not exaggerating when I say this is the BEST pizza IN THE WORLD. A total gem. You know that the ingredients are quality. My favorite place ever!
By far one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. The quality of the pizza is awesome and the ingredients are always cooked just right. I have never been disappointed by a dine in experience.
Celebrated a child's birthday in one of the rooms. Food came on time. I thought the pizza crust was tough & dry , & toppings a bit overdone, but all had fun!
