Of I was a mom and pop restaurant with only 3 things on the menu, at least 2 of those items would have to be memorable and the best ever. Somehow Canes has managed to make all 3 items mediocre and done that successfully.
Service was excellent, chicken tenders were perfectly cooked/seasoned. Line was long but moved EXTREMELY fast! I hope this team sticks around because the place is pretty solid! Now if they could get one further south in town. :)
Food was good. Employee kindness even better. A young man working the counter paid for someone's meal. There are good people in the world!!! I wish he had a name tag so I could give him kudos. Will definitely go there again. 10 stars.
The restaurant employees were so friendly and made us feel like family. The fries were crispy and delicious, the super thick garlic bread was delicious, but sadly the chicken strip were just....meh. They were cooked very well and breading was perfectly crips but it just seems very underseasoned. I wanted to love it, but I don't think I'll be going out of my way to visit again.
Food was done quickly. Friendly staff, the place looks nice. Lemonade was great. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was pretty big. The food was 8/10. Would come back here though.
Amazing yummy canes per usual, however can definitely tell this is a new canes. 10am first and only person in the drive threw and I've been sitting the the parking lot over then minutes waiting for my food, that was ordered as soon a speaker opened.Finally at ten 1013 got my food
I've now visited this Raising Canes location multiple times, including opening day (I've wanted a canes here for a long time), and every time the staff has been amazing. All staff is super friendly with customers and with each other, they seem genuinely excited to serve you. The food is delicious, at least in my personal opinion. Raising Canes has made me feel like I'm an appreciated customer, and they want me there, not that they just are serving me because they have to. Next time you go, try their lemonade, its delicious!
Phone number doesn't work to call. I ordered a 3 piece chicken finger meal no fries add extra toast and received the chicken and sauce only. Have tried 6 times to call restaurant it rings then picks up and is immediately hung up. Please take time to read the orders and package them correctly. I live across town and do not want to have to drive back there because someone couldn't bother to check my order before handing it out.
It was mediocre, they don't season anything. Literally the only seasoning is in the sauce, which is good. But the breading could use like a pinch of salt and pepper or something. Very generic for $9 u get like a chicken breast of meat, and some French fries that are also bland.
Food was tasty and fresh, but their selection of food is slim. It was my first time visiting a raising canes, and I don't plan to go back, solely due to the lack of options.Service was fast and food was fresh though.
