This location SUCKS. I only come here because the business loop one is always amazing and I keep thinking I caught the grindstone one on a bad day. But nope, it’s always terrible. Don’t even bother asking for spicy chicken, they’ll just give you regular EVERY TIME. And the chicken tenders are legitimately inedible. Straight rubbery dry disgusting chicken that seems it was cooked a day ago even though it’s peak lunch time. Save yourself the hassle, go to business loop. This location sucks
If I can I will give star. It's so disgusting. After I finish the drink I found some dark dust and mosquito on the bottom. It made me so sick.
Took 10 minutes to get our food through the drive thru. Only had 2 pieces of shrimp in my Surf and Turf box. Giving it a 3 stars because it still tasted good.
The front counter guy was nice but out of the 6 employees only one was wearing gloves and most of them were handling food I'm in here now and it is 6:39 pm on Thursday March 24th 2022. With covid 19 still going around this is extremely disturbing.
Had to wait for someone to take our order, then the guy walked away and the reciept machine popped out our reciept. He finally came back with drinks and walked away. We sat down and waited about 15 minutes, another customer came in, ordered and he filled the order. Almost all employees were just back there talking. I finally went and asked and then they gave us chicken strips, we ordered spicy chicken. In the end we didn't get spicy chicken and the red beans and rice were so dry and none of the food was hot. Never going back!
Absolutely love the chicken here, staff is great too. Always very kind with taking your order and giving you everything.
2 piece dinner was AWESOME. The chicken was fried to profession.Drive through was quick. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I’ve always loved Popeyes, but they’re losing it. I went on 02/27 for dinner with my daughter and they didn’t have any kids meal or toys to go with it. The inside was probably 40 degrees and super cold. They didn’t have ketchup to go with fries. Like comeon folks! The worst experience I’ve had with the Popeyes!The staff was very apologetic but again it’s a fast food place! Very disappointed
Only come here if you want to waste your money. I’ve came here 4 different occasions now and they always seem to forget something simple orders can’t get right.
