I ordered a personal pan pizza, and once I got there they charged me for someone else’s order along with mine, then acted like it was my fault and wouldn’t give me a refund no matter how hard I pushed. So I ended up paying almost $30 for a personal pan and a drink. Terrible service, go to another Pizza Hut in town.

Pizza hut on Worley is the best pizzas are fresh made. The manager Mary and Vince maintains a clean restaurant and pleasant atmosphere. They make sure the customers are happy and satisfied. Thank you for a great dining experience.
Staff remember who answered my call and took my order went very pleasant and thorough and offering me an extra item to order. My food was wonderful it was hot and I was very very pleased with it but I always am from this store. Extremely friendly and upbeat staff member and me my order.
I have been picking up through the drive-through on occasion lately as it's super fast! The last few times we have gotten pizza they have been great. The same quality and always fresh tasting. The employees are always kind to me and are courteous at the drive-through. I will keep recommending them to my friends and neighbors as long as they keep up the excellent work. Thank you Pizza Hut!
What even is this?Seemed like some was angry and just threw the jalapeños and onions. It was undercooked.
Train your employees and make sure they know what they need to do to keep customers coming back. I ordered online and still had to wait over an hour to get to the pickup window. When I finally got there my order was just being put in the oven. Who wants to wait 20-30 minutes more while your food cooks ? I also tried to call the phone number several times and no one answered. I couldn't leave because I was in between several cars in the drive thru lane. It was a terrible experience and I won't be going back to Pizza Hut for a long time.Probably switch to Dominos !!
Literally the worst customer service i’ve ever had. we waited for a while until the lady finally asked if it was dine in or carry out, with the worst attitude. then asked us what we wanted to eat without even giving us menus. had the worst attitude while taking our attitude, as if we were inconveniencing her. never checked on us again. worst experience ever.
Incredibly slow with no urgency to fulfill orders anywhere near the quoted time. I've given this location 3 chances, and every time they take 30-45 minutes longer than quoted.
The app said my order was ready, I went to the drive thru window. They had me pull around and park, said he would bring it out in a minute. 15 minutes go by, I walk in to ask what is going on. Pretty sure they lost/misplaced my pizza. After a few minutes they emerged with my order but it was cold because it had been for over 20 minutes at that point. Employees did not seem to care.
