This is the second time we have ordered this and never again. Our group order was missing all chips, sides and cookies. It took 2.5 hours to be delivered. $72 and none of us had our full meal we paid for. Last time whole sandwiches were left out of the order. Won’t be wasting our money for a third strike. Go to Jimmy Johns or Subway if you want a sloppily made mediocre sandwich, same difference.
They sent the wrong thing earlier, I called them and they made me a new order right away! The food came hot and fresh, everyone was polite and friendly. 10/10 recommend, I will be ordering again!! Thank you Broadway team!! ?
I had only been to another Pickleman’s once so this was my second time eating here so I didn’t yet really understand what this cafe was about but not only was the food great but the staff was extremely nice. When I walked in the guy behind the counter smiled and seemed like he was actually happy I was there as if we were friends. Since we were the only customers in there at the time they had all their attention on us and were done making our food in about 3 minutes. Here is the highlight of our time eating here though, when I asked for a cookie the worker asked me which one I wanted even though the only kind available at the time was chocolate chip, I looked at him, confused, I said. “There is only one kind of cookie.” He replied. “I know, I just wanted to ask you just in case you wanted me to hook you up and give you a big cookie.” I was shocked. I replied. “Hell yes, give me a big one.” He shook his head and gave me the biggest of the batch. That man just earned himself a one way ticket to my heart and to heaven. God bless Pickleman’s and God bless that man.
Good food. Warm friendly employees. With a cool ? vibe. Delivery is always their specialty. (Always tip your Delivery drivers! It's a matter of respect and etiquette. )
Consistently a very good place to eat. I don't know who is running this place, but they deserve a raise. There are fast sandwiches, and then there are fast sandwiches made with care. They make each sandwich with attention to the little details and use good ingredients that always taste super fresh. Thanks for setting the bar so high in Columbia MO. I've lived and worked in CoMo for 20 years. Two thumbs up!
Literally livid right now.These people constantly mess up your order, I have ordered from them since the other downtown location closed and they always mess up. The reason I am reviewing is because:It started with them messing up a simple order of a grilled cheese by giving me a Turkey club and when I called them, they were very nice and said “instead of a refund, can we comp your next meal?” I said sure.I call them today to make my order, they said to call back at one thirty. I said: I’m trying to make my order now not at one thirty. So then after that confusion, they take my order at 12:04. Cut to 3 pm and I never got my order. I called to ask for my refund since I never received my order and they hung up on me.Never ordering from this Pickleman’s ever again, so sad the BETTER location on 9th street closed.
Quick delivery! Friendly service! I work third shift so then being open late is extremely beneficial. I would recommend them to anyone!

Ordered a pizza and a sub. Took a little over an hour pizza was cold like it just came out of the fridge. My mom said Sub was good
I placed a order on November 24th for a delivery and my order was incorrect therefore I called the manager on the 26th. He was nice to comp my meal which I truly tonight but the delivery driver called me but no order was deliver. Thus is totally poor customer service.The way to keep customers is to make sure that they are satisfied.
