Went in with S/O and the girl who was supposed to be at Start was talking and had to be elbowed basically by a coworker to go to the start. When she finally did come to start, she didn’t change her gloves even though she had touched counter spaces and her own personal clothing attire and started touching food. Then proceeded to forget what the order was multiple times, and the person on register was very unhappy. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional.
Delicious food, great service. Missed some ingredients on my salad, the chipotle ranch was great. Pizzas, pepperoni and the hog top notch.
Great sandwiches, great service.It was busy during graduation weekend lunch rush and they still served up some great sandwiches with a smile!

Italian beef was OK, price is stupidity high, two sandwiches, two drinks and two small bags of chips over 30$ bucks, will be looking for another place for Italian beef it's a beef sandwich not a T-bone.Very creepy employee's, never heard of a razor and a bath? other's like they got off the boat, show some pride people are eating.
Fantastic! I regularly place catering orders and they’re always super friendly, on time, accurate, delicious, and efficient. The general manager is amazing and always gets the job done better than expected despite last minute changes on my end. Highly recommend!
The food is good, I've tried a handful of their subs and haven't been disappointed......but I always feel super rushed by the employees to decide what sub I want. They don't seem to like when you want to look at the menu (it's quite a bit to read/take in) even when there are no other customers in line. Makes me a bit anxious going inside. Their cookies are amazing but the last couple times I went they were a little overcooked. Overall I like Pickleman's. I forget this location is here sometimes. It's much easier to access than the downtown location.
Never restocked gift cards, lost $100 from me. Luckily store on 63 had them. Store on 63 so clean and the employees seem to take pride in their appearance.
Called the old 63 location they took my order and payment. Only to have the Broadway store call me and say that they have to get payment again because the old 63 location is not in my delivery area. Food should of been here before they even called me back.
Ordered lunch for delivery, was quoted 90 min and it came in under 60! Everything was accurate, warm, and delicious. There’s a chain that claims they’re fast but they’re not timely at all - be smart, choose Pickleman’s!
