Their fries are still good when cold. That should tell you everything you need to know about the rest of their menu.

The food was good, service was a little weird. A few young people who don't really know how to talk to customers and some older ones who don't seem to care about it. The Reuben was good.

I frequently visit Penn Station. They offer great customer service, great food, and extreme consistency. I am never disappointed with my experience or food. I recommend the chicken teriyaki and of course their fresh cut fries!
10/13 Food was just alright, the bread was soggy soggy on my cheesesteak and very much lacked flavor other then salt! The teriyaki chicken was better. I came here though to complain about the customer service, the Asian guy working the front this evening is SUPER RUDE!! No need to treat paying customers with caddy girl like behavior!! If you don’t like your job, quit like everyone else and find what makes you happy goof troop! Go to G and Ds!! Much better sandwiches and customer service!!
