Always love Panera, it was a little disappointing at this location that they were out of multiple beverage options when I went, but staff was nice in explaining.
Another great experience at Panera. The associate that helped me with items was great. The croissant was perfect.
Food was up to Panera Bread standard. Employees were very helpful and listened to our large order for 6. Served up quickly, was longer to place order for all. Need more seating area.
I'm a regular person who eats at Panera but I'm very irritated with the service I received today at the one on nifong I got two Baja bowls and 2 large sodas and I had 4 slices of chicken between both bowls which is ridiculous to be charging about 32 dollars for meals
First visit and went through the drive-thru. For the prices they charge, they need to focus on quality control of their food! My order of half of sandwich and half salad. Per photos, salad was full of old rotten Lettuce and the croutons were just stale old chunks of bread. The hunk of bread was tossed in the bag, not wrapped up or in a container. Disgusting!I'll be submitting a letter to corporate office as well.
It's more likely they mess up my food than not. Give me different dressings or ingredients or skip ingredients all together. I shouldn't have to inspect every crevice of my food before I leave the store. I've never had a store mess up my food as much as this one does.
The atmosphere was very nice it was clean and sanitize by the employee who was working the dining room. The food was delicious the only thing that was a setback was the line was a little bit long.

Always a great place for breakfast and socializing. Their bakers dozen is always good as well on Tuesday.
Ordered a flatbread pizza and some soup. The pizza was delicious. I ordered cheddar broccoli soup but was given french onion instead. It was not what I ordered and they were busy so I did not go back to have it fixed. The soup, while not being what I wanted, was still good.
