I had placed an order through the Panera App and when it was delivered there was a couple items missing. The store staff was quick to apologize and went above and beyond to make it right. I had my missing items delivered in less than 10 minutes. Good Job guys! Service was amazing and I appreciate it more than you know!
My wife and I ordered a pickup order (via Panera app) When I get there I notice a sign on the pick up order parking spot "Sorry we're not doing pick up orders at this time" So I proceed to get out of my car in a down pour rain to go inside to pick up my order but the dining room is close SMH. So I have to wait in a long line about 20 cars back to get my pick up my order. I understand that they're probably understaff like most of the US. But it doesn't hurt to make that known before we order through the app.
This is my favorite locations in Columbia, as far as quality of food, order accuracy, staff friendliness and etc! I go out of my way, to order at this location! Drive thru is slow- I recommend ordering ahead and picking up inside!
Always slow. Have to wait in the drive thru line for like 45-60minutes every time. Even when it's not at a peak meal time. The food doesn't even taste great anymore. I don't think I'll be going back.
Just went to the drive through. Long time in line; cars were lined up around the building. We finally got through, and the food was prepared quickly and we got it right after the order was made. Not worth the wait. Soup was bland and already cold out of the window. Probably not going back.
Drive through only, but they toasted my bagel well as requested! And my mocha was great, steaming hot, perfect.
I’ve been coming to this Panera now for quite awhile for the daily coffee. The staff always provide excellent service and are very kind. I’m writing today, because I saw one staff member on the receiving end of a verbally abusive customer in the drive through. The situation was handled with extreme grace, and I was blown away by the level of professionalism. The lady red in the face and screaming with a pointed finger did not deserve the kindness that was shown to her despite her behavior. Kudos to the Panera staff on Conley. ??????
although my food came out great but I feel bad for the employees. I witnessed and overheard a conversation while waiting for my food and an employee said that they are apparently not allowed to have breaks from 3pm till closing. The manager (a female) was rude to her employees and wouldn’t let an employee use the restroom. Fine establishment but poor management.
Rushed us while ordering, they were out of a lot of items (which they can’t really help so I understand), waited for about 15-20 minutes in the drive thru and we were the only car - staff was on their phones and didn’t seem to really care that there was a customer at the window. Once we drove off and looked in the bag our order was wrong and items were missing. My dad didn’t get his food at all and didn’t have time to go back to correct the order. Definitely not coming back to this location.
This is one of the worst Panera’s I’ve been too. I always order green goddess salad. They have been ‘out of’ pickled onions for the salad 3 out of the last 4 times I’ve been. (How hard is it to stock pickled vegetables?) today I asked for cucumbers to replace the onions. The cucumbers had gone bad. They gave me an apple that had gone bad too!! Straight up black spots on it. Who is running this place ? Won’t be going back.
