Great option for fast food. Very little wait. Clean restaurant. Friendly service.

just went to grab lunch and they didn’t have anything cooked! this is the second time they didn’t have the chicken i was wanting and then when i asked for a different one, they didn’t have that one either. We also had an entire meal forgotten, they never gave it to us and we waited by the window and they didn’t even open it back up.

No complaints! Good food.

the service, I can't understand, how some employees serve enough food and others simply don't serve every single thing.

Cassie our server was very rude and abrupt with myself and my party, she didn't allow time for anyone to order properly and if you took longer than the half a second she allowed you to order you were promptly ignored. I will never go to this panda express ever again.

I drove 1 hr just to go to this restaurant. I walked in and there were about 5 people waiting at the online/ahead order station, 4 people infront of me in line for getting food in store. Their drive thru was full. They had 2 workers serving food, 3 workers cooking. They would only help the drive thru and mobile orders. It was 23 minutes til they helped the gentleman who was in front of the now 8 people in store line (that's after 2 people had walled out and said "maybe if I go thru the drive thru I'd actually be served). I understand being busy. But not only did the workers clear their drive thru line at least 2 times before helping us, they cleared the online order line as well. I've worked fast food before and understand how busy and chaotic it can be. But you need to deligate how you are serving your customers. Take care of the drive thru person, next the in line person, then mobile order and repeat. They did not do this. Once it was my turn and after I paid, I let the lady know how they did not help not 1 in store person for 20mins. Her response was "I just got here so there was nothing I could have done about that". I was just letting her know that is not the way to operate as a restaurant. Please train your staff better on how to handle a rush.

If I could give this 10 stars I gladly would! The absolutely wonderful people who work here are always so nice, kind, and happy to see you. The customer service is some of the best I've ever seen and seeing the crew always makes my day better!The food here is always magnificent! So much so that everyone knew to get me Panda Express gift cards for Christmas. I love it and I love them! Try it, and I'm certain you'll feel the same!

I try to order via the app and it works pretty well. Item availability is kind of weird, as some items will be unavailable some days. I have a terrible time ordering via the drive thru as the consistently hear me wrong or don't hear me at all. My last trip there, I placed my food order and they asked if I would like anything else. I said I would like a small coke zero but when they handed my food over there was no drink. I checked the receipt and I wasn't charged for it, so I just went on, but this experience is habitual.

Hands down the poorest Chinese meal I’ve eaten! If you don’t order a soda you receive a tiny cup for water! $10, very dissatisfied! Go to China Cheff in same area by Hyvee, much better!

Staff here so stingy… they don’t serve much food at all.I actually ask them and they told me this is what they called enough serving.What confuses me is that serving really enough food doesn’t hurt their salary or something. Are they trying to earn employee of the month of something to serve less food and save money for the restaurant or what? ?
