Not a fan of this type of food service. Staff was nice. Had an upset stomach afterwards and spent time in the bathroom...if you know what i mean. That said, my wife usually likes it when she eats there.
I used to go to this location multiple times per week, but in the last couple of months it smells like dirty baby diapers. I think it is a cleaner they use. If you go, I suggest going when the line is short so you don't have to stand in it as long. I've watched multiple people leave due to the smell.
With a large tour group. What a surprise. Seems like it is setup as Chipotle. I followed ordering process as described when entering. Tacos (2) were excellent. Lots of food for the price and good food. The chicken quesadilla was outstanding. The added spicy Hot Tomato sauce was not very spicy but did have good flavor. The tables were clean and a very open atmosphere. Staff was friendly in taking our orders and in the preparation also. Will be looking for Pancheros as food options when on the road.
1st time in this Pancheros. Usually go to the one on Conley, which I prefer. Taco tortilla was too thin and done. Got too crispy and fell apart. Too much juice from beans was also a problem. No spoons.

I really love the burritos there but the wrap has been getting very tough and the beef is very hard so I recommend the bowls
Good food, but wish they didn't charge extra to add queso. It is cheaper to get chips and queso, then pour some on your meals.

Burritos are always outstanding, and *TWO* things separates their Burritos from their competitors (Qdoba & Chipotle).1. The flour tortillas are steamed with each order. It's also apparent by their shape that they are not cookie cutter pre-made.2. (and MOST IMPORTANTLY) They MIX all of the ingredients together before it's wrapped, so you get a bit of everything in each bite! Unlike others, where you may be eating *all rice* or *all beans* for a few bites. This ⬆️ makes ALL the difference in the world.
