Food was very good. However the service wasn’t the best. Our cokes didn’t taste right and after we said something it took 20mins to get them replaced after telling her more than three times. Now idk if she’s new or had things going on so I don’t fault her. She did wear a mask which made it very hard to hear or understand her tho. I judge mainly on attitude sometimes servers have stuff going on but one thing they can control is their attitude. Which she was very friendly and said sorry. I ordered a desert that took forever too. That was brought in a to go container it took so long. Which was actually funny to all of us. So even tho the service wasn’t the best her attitude toward us and the food quality and Quantity make it a good experience.
I haven't been to an Olive Garden for years, because fixing pasta at home is so cheap and easy that's it's kind of a waste to pay restaurant prices for pasta meals, but have to say that this was a spectacular meal! We had appetizer, salad, and entrees. We purposely only ate half our supper so that we'd have room for dessert and cappuccino. It was great!
The service from our waiter was great. I don't know his name, but he has brownish hair, middle aged and we were in large table in the corner this afternoon about 2 pm. The girl at front that is supposed to greet us needs some pointers on customer serviceMay our waiter could help herWe will be back because of service.
It's olive garden...plain and simple. Everyone knows the food is microwaved. It's definitely become overpriced in the last few years. I hadn't been to one since before COVID and it was sixty bucks for two people...one entree, soup, salad and bread sticks...that's all we ordered. Our waiter was very nice but seemed rushed. This location seems under staffed I guess.
May 15, 2022. Long wait at restaurant, but Kyle saved the day.Sunday morning 12-27-2020, I called in an order for pickup. A delightful young lady, Ashley, took my order. It was ready at scheduled pickup time, and it was all excellent, hot, and delicious. Thanks
It was delicious. Our waitress was good to us. Pretty great, our visit was. The bread sticks were a little harder than we liked, but I dipped them in my sauce and they were to faint for.? thank you ?
Ok so I want to start off by saying my waitress (Melony) was awesome, that woman hustled so hard that it frustrated me to watch other employees lean like nothing was happening.....So when I asked what the wait time was inwas told 25 minutes..... 47 minutes later I asked what the hold up was (I walked through the restaurant and counted 27 unoccupied tables) and was told "well there's a 20 top ahead of you, so maybe another 10 minutes". Look I get it, it's Colombia, graduation night, you're busy.... But that's a bit ridiculous.Next we're seated and Melony came by at full pace to tell us she'd be back with us.... 10 minutes later she was able to help us. Skip forward the meal as food was good and dessert was amazing (except the $3.29 cup of coffee that wasn't even as good as gas station coffee).My biggest complaint was the employees that weren't helping. Watching hostesses do nothing while others literally run at a frantic pace just frustrates me as a patron and fellow human. The management needs to motivate ALL their employees to hustle and not just the waitresses on the front lines
We had an amazing server and great food. Salad and bread sticks were very good. My daughter had soup and it was very tasty. Husband had tour of Italy and he was very happy. Mine was lasagna fritta and it was super as always.
Food is always good here. Great Pasta! The Lasagna was good. The salad was good as well. Service was great, & the atmosphere was relaxing.
Super relaxing place for an inexpensive date. Before tip I was 42$ with a bottle of wine. Waitress was super nice, funny, and was able to talk about wine well. Great training by your team ?
