One of the female workers walked in while our meal was being brought out and kicked her leg into the air with no regard to the food being around.She continued to talk loudly and gossip about work right at the register, not caring about guests eating their food.I am all for talking while at work and having time to communicate with coworkers, but right at the front while guests are eating and talking negatively about coworkers (very loudly as well) is not appropriate.
Prices were a tad high. The food was edible. The staff was fantastic.
Appears to be a hip place but not for a common Joe like me. Shrimp scampi, appears to be skimping on shrimp.. Food looks good, it appears cashiers needs training a lot on their menu. Wish I was able to give 5 stars but couldn't because of the same.
Butter noodles were kind of dry and the seasoning too salty. They package in plastic even when you eat in. Packaging was really hard to open. My husband spilled his soup trying to get the top off. I do love the drink machine. I like the ceasar salad side. Wish they had other side salads. Wish they had butter noodle bowl meals with maybe shrimp, cheese and veggies.
Every time I go here I am very happy! Great service, very friendly, they even remember me at this point! The only time they ever made a mistake, they went above and beyond to make it right! I do agree with some reviews that the food can be bland, I try to stay away from dishes such as the Penne Rosa for that reason. But other dishes are really good! I'm a huge fan of their BBQ chicken mac and like the alfredo too!
I come to this location quite a bit. However the last two times I have went the cashier has seemed annoyed with me or with her job. This time I asked for a specific order and she just couldn’t understand the way I wanted it so I just ordered Mac and cheese which is fine whatever but when she asked my name and I said it and then spelled it I thought she got it only to get my receipt and it say “pink t-shirt” very offended and will not be back to this location.
Wow. Boy am I returning. Such friendly service right after lunch rush, delicious tortellini perfectly cooking and actual flavor. So many pastas from large scale restaurants are just... bland, but not this. Love it and returning!

Every time I come to the Conley location, I stand there in line, no one else around, my food ready and waiting, while the blonde cashier walks around looking lost as if she doesn’t have a customer standing there waiting to be served . I will definitely n it be returning to this location. Let me add, I call my order in EVERY TIME. Today I called my order in, there was two other people waiting in line, the blonde came from the back, served them, then turned around as if I wasn’t standing there. My food was sitting right there again waiting. I had to tell her that was probably my food. She read the name and said with n attitude, “you’re Angel?” I’m like “ uh yeah lol” like why the attitude. So she takes the bag and sits it on the counter far away from the register, then just walks off. Doesn’t say anything. I say “uh am I gonna pay for my food?” She yells “yeah!” Then comes back after chit chatting with whom I’m assuming is a shift lead or manager. I’m not sure what her issue is but she has horrible customer service. And she acts like this each time I come in. Get y’all employees together ! .
Yummy food and made to order
