Person taking my order did not listen to what I said therefore I didn't get what I wanted even after I had to keep repeating myself. The guy that took my money was super nice so thats a plus but then I get to the other window to get my food and that guy is just standing there eating not acknowledging me at all. So I wait and he finally opens window, hands me my bag, doesn't say a word, I notice it's not what I ordered and say something. I check the receipt and notice it just wasn't taken right. Mind you this guy at the window still had food covering his mouth from the breakfast sandwich he was just eating. It's always something at this place and it's just getting worse. The professionalism and customer service is gone.
Waited half an hour for a to go order and was never served despite ordering at the kiosk. The poor gal stick with dealing with incomplete orders, cranky customers, etc. Do yourself a favor and avoid this outlet. It makes the business loop location look good!
Count me w those that have had a bad drive through experience. Something bad about these McD Columbia locations. Started w “your discount code doesn’t work” but naturally the payment did, workers were clearly behind and playing catch up so gave us wrong food at first. Corrected my wife’s drink at the window. After leaving took a sip of my regular Coke to find out.. diet. Get it together Columbia
This is the second time I’ve ordered on the app only to pull up and they aren’t doing curbside, inside is closed, one drive through lane open. What is the point of ordering on the app if I still have to sit in this line that wraps around the building?
Open whenever they feel like being open. Closed whenever they feel like being closed. Lobby open when they feel like it. You have to drive passed it to have any indication whether you can be served. They also do not offer the specials you see advertised. “Deals vary by location” is written about this store.
Worst. McDonald's. Ever. Super slow drive though, not nice staff, not helpful at all. We were in line for 15 minutes, staff came out and moved the cones out of the second order lane presumably to allow the very long line access to the second order bay. Not saying ANYTHING to us and other cars as we pulled ahead it took another 5 minutes for someone to come across the intercom and say the bay was closed and they wouldn't take orders. Additionally, now the drive through is closed so my child goes without dinner at a reasonable time as we are from out of town. Absolutely horrendous.
i live right across from this McDonald's and have never ever had the chance to eat it because they close at the earliest times. Their drive thru is in fact not 24 hours and when it's open their service is terrible. horrible.
Staff is insanely rude. Have never been through a McDonald’s where the employees did not speak to me. I got a grunt at the ordering spot and nothing was said when paying and picking my food up.
The night manager is very toxic and mean to employees and customers. I just don't understand the need to be so hateful and during every visit. I feel sorry for your night crew sheesh ?
I waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes after I already payed just sitting at the window where you get your food, but No one was there. One of the workers walked by smoking a cigarette! 3 of the workers peaked around the corner and JUST LOOKED AT ME. The girl finally came back and gave me my food, but what I later realized is it was wrong.
