This location needs to rehire and train everyone at this location. They have 0 customer service skills. Food is always wrong and cold and wait times are ridiculous. Didn't even want to brew coffee when in their training coffee is supposed to be kept up and timed at all times the restaurant is open.
Went though drive thru, No one was there. The car ahead of me the same way but the outside got to order. Went inside the manager sends a kid to tell us that he put his headphones down and no one pick them up. The manager was hiding in the back not once came out. There was a NOS energy drink sitting on the counter where the customers could see. Not professional at all.
I had an online purchase, waited for order to come out, after 15 min I went in to see if it was close. I was told yes they added they were very busy would be a min. I said yes I could see they were busy, but I could also see that while I was waiting outside every car that was in the drive thru ( which was lined up all way to street both lanes) have all been cleared out and now your clearing out the next bunch that have come up way after I got here and Im still waiting!! Finally I get my order, or so I thought, they handed me one value meal. I told them I still needed my double ¼ lb'er, & 20 pc nugget. 20 min later!!!! I got rest of my order mind you the 1st part was now cold. I look in bag, ok there's the double sauces for nuggets and box under the sandwich. U guessed it got home only to see the box under the sandwich was a regular cheeseburger!!!! Not only was it not my 20 nuggets it was a TINY REG CHEESEBURGER in a BOX not the paper. tells me they did that on purpose. Problem is of course I called complained was told I'd get the coupon in mail blah blah blah, but they don't care, they don't even have to change b/c they know they will always be busy so who cares if I stop going, they will still get plenty of bus. Horrible thing is I was told just that by the manager. She actually told me if I didn't like her store there were plenty more McDonald's to choose from, she would be just fine w/o my bus. Then told me to have a nice day and hung up. What happened to treating people with respect, kindness, and just plain gratitude for my bus?
There was a huge rush, so we’re glad we ordered ahead! Staff were quick to get our food out despite the line going out the lot, and they were respectful even though they were in a hurry. The lobby was extremely clean, and everything was well-kept. The food was good, the fries were fresh, and the soda was crisp.Overall a very good experience. We had tried 2 locations before this and one has closed early without posting on their app and the other had horrendous service.
I stopped by this morning and ordered the egg McMuffin with and orange juice well first of all my orange juice was basically water and then to top it all of my McMuffin had egg shells on it!! This is so disgusting!! Managers need to re-train their employees how to make the food
This McDonald’s on the north side of Columbia is a very mixed bag so to speak. Definitely have had worse experiences at other locations but in short buns are sometimes stale, frappe machine down every other day, and biggest thing is attitude. Rarely a friendly outgoing personality who will initiate conversation with you first. Mostly ppl who you can tell just really don’t care to be there or always give off that mood.
The food was good but the atmosphere was not what I was expecting. It had been a long time since I'd been to a Ruby Tuesdays. They used to be nicer than this one was.
As far as accuracy they have come a long way. But the service omg .I'm going to have to stop coming to this mcdonalds they are the most unfriendly stank attitude rudest people. I will not spend another cent here geesh!
Coffee was a little sweet but so what whoever was at window with pink eye shadow. She said I was very beautiful obviously I was in a bad mood and she just made my day! Thank you ma’am!
Ordered a meal with medium fries and I received my fried container with it being about 20% full. Essentially getting less than what they give in a small fryI checked in the bag, there's none in there. So I'm not sure what the hell happened but this is ridiculous and I figured I needed to say something.
