Quick service! friendly drive through workers and you can't hardly beat the coupons at McDonalds! On the down side, average food quality. Food was barely warm and too much ketchup. I wouldn't return there unless I was starving or if I had no other choice.

Placed my order for at 9:23am for a burrito meal deal and an extra coffee for in room dining. At 9:50 I hadn’t received my order yet. Went to the counter and my wasn’t even on the board! Asked for manager(he’s a joke!) said they are backed up and he’s sorry! Gave me my order with cold hash browns and burritos. No coffee! Asked him he needed to comp my order, he said he couldn’t because I had received my food! Told him to keep his cold food and give me a refund! Talk about an attitude from management! Another couple waiting behind me for in store dining have waited for 47 min for bacon egg and cheese biscuits. This is utterly unexplainable for fast food!

Went through the drive thru (ticket #1383) on 7/13/22 @ 11am. Among our order items, we ordered nuggets with honey mustard. The attendant said "hot mustard", and we said "no, 2 honey mustards". When we got to the window to pick up our order, we asked the woman again if there is honey mustard in the bag, and she said, "there should be". As we were driving off, we checked the bag, no dipping sauces at all. So we turned right back in, and sent our son in to get the honey mustard. It took over 12 minutes to get the honey mustard that was missing from our bag. Very slow and unresponsive crew. Normally, this wouldn't be a huge deal, but when you're on a 1300 mile road trip, it's very frustrating to drive thru and waste time because they didn't give you your complete order.

Avoid this location at all cost. Traveling through and needed food, waited in the line that took forever because the cashier decided to talk to a car forever. Get to the window and they try to hand me the drinks and said two Dr. Peppers, I at first said politely that we had ordered two different kind of drinks. Instead of apologizing and just making a new drink they argue with me and tell me that's not what I ordered. After the third time he finally grabbed a cup and instead of saying I'll correct this, he walks into the dining room so I pulled off because of the disrespect. Good job McDonald's you made extra money tonight and I'll remember to never stop at that location again.

Went there this evening to grab dinner. Sat in line for 35 minutes just to get up to the order box for them to tell me the items I wanted to order were not available and the ice cream machine was broken of course. Save your time and money and go elsewhere this isn't worth it at all ever and this location has proven that to me many many times

I don't usually post anything but good, but here goes.Went through this one twice while visiting Columbia. Both times, the girl at the first window did not look at us or speak to us. She did not even tell us our total. She put her hand out to get our card and handed it back. At the second window, they looked at us and handed our order. Again, no spoken words. Coffee was good, but the workers were, well, rude. Just very odd and unwelcoming.

Well today is the Day!! In more than 45 years of going to McDonalds today is the first time I had a restaurant tell me that they didn’t have Diet Coke. Shame on the Coca Cola people or whoever is ordering the product. This is America Right??

This location is hit or miss. I have encountered amazing staff in the mornings and extremely rude and immature staff around dinner time. My last experience was horrible. My order was all wrong they didn't want to correct it and actually argued with me even when presented with a receipt showing that they had given me the wrong order. I lost my cool and they fought back instead of seeing the mistake on their part. That is my reason for 2 stars.

Visit on 2-22-22. Arrived at 8:40pm, just wanted to grab lunch to take with me on the way to work. Eight cars in drive through ahead of me. Left the drive through at 9:15pm. So from the time I entered the line to the time I received my food was 35 mins. Had nugget meal, and two mcdoubles to reheat later (I work nights). The nuggets and the fries were ice cold. And the fries appeared to be undercooked. Didn't eat them. Pics of the fries attached. No reason that I should have been in line for that long, especially considering how few cars were ahead of me. Absolutely no excuse for my food to be cold. Ever.

This place is just a mess. I went the other night and used my app to get a free large fry. The woman at the speaker although nice was struggling with the code and asked us to come to the window. We get to the window and wait 10 minutes while she tried to figure it out. She eventually says she has it and to pull ahead. The next window had no clue what our order was. We told them it was a large fry and they said it wasn't paid for. My husband again gave them the code for the free fry (not the 1.00 purchase one) and she said ok it was taken care of. We get our bag and pull off. It was our fault for not checking it but we received a cold medium fry. Moments later my debit card alerts me that I spent $1.08 at McDonald's. Again, my fault for having my card linked to my app but how can they charge me $1.08 for a fry when that's not even how much it costs.
