Didn't like the food or service that i received, asked for hot fries and got cold and none of the burgers we got were even warm. It's like they sat around for ever, the edges of all the buns were dry and hard. Don't think i wanna go back to that one again. It also is making me think that going back to any McDonald's is even worth it at all.
Poor service, burgers taste like they are cooked in old fryer grease. Thought that was just a fry problem:( smh
I need to shout the the manager Jeff because he went above and beyond to serve my family. Best McDonald’s experience in the country! The restaurant was clean, food was good, and the play place the perfect way for my kids to burn off some pent up energy! Definitely recommend!
I I oder hot spicy with my meal and my hot spicy wasn’t in my bag and I told them I live far could I pick up my hot spicy tmw the person on the phone gave me a rude attitude and told me I have to pick it up on the same day when it wasn’t my mistake.
Love this location. Be forewarned that because of covid the dining area at this particular location closes early around 5:00 or 6:00 if I remember correctly. Staff here is very quick and friendly for the most part everybody has their off days and we won't dock them for that. They've got my order wrong a couple times but nothing out of the average of any other store. So this particular location McDonald's gets four stars on my list come check them out they'll be glad to see you.
Super clean and they are great in the mornings. Strange to say, but it’s pretty good to like McDonald’s again.
I can’t really be upset that they were since I didn’t receive poor service or anything, but they closed early and nothing online said they were, so we wasted a drive. With these gas prices? Not fun. Overall, primarily upset with the lack of digital communication with both Google and their app that says if they’re closed or not.
The lobby isn't always open and some people don't follow the drive through line rules. Like cutting in line and forming 2 lines early(which blocks people in). Anyways pretty good service and get my order right 90% of the time.

Placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. Our order had a 20% off mobile deal applied; the total in the app (including the 20% off deal) was charged to my credit card. The staff said that the 20% didn't come through on their end and insisted I would have to pay the difference. I tried showing them the total I was given in the app, as well as my credit card email receipt, but both the staff and manager were insistent I would have to pay the difference. We finally asked for a refund and left. Terrible customer service to blame the customer for an issue between the store's system and the app and refuse to make it right. I've ordered in the app from multiple other McDonald's and never had an issue. Will not return to this location.
