The service was good, employees polite, but the place was FILTHY. Every surface - countertops, floors, fronts of counters, bathrooms, etc were awful. That is management's fault, not the hourly employees. I would not eat here because of my concern about the sanitary conditions in the kitchen.
The worker up front had his hands down his sweatpants. I immediately left because I didn't want to be rude and interrupt him.I left three stars because i have been to this establishment before and had good service. This was however via the drive thru were you only see employees from the waste up. Tread carefully.
Hot mess!!! Went inside because the drive thru line was long there were two young workers with bonnets on and dirty hoodies with their hoods on not professional looking at all what happened to uniforms? Sad to go into a restaurant and see workers in bonnets and slippers scratching their heads and such just shameful. Then they come to the register with an attitude like it’s not part of their job to take our order ma’am WHY ARE YOU MAD AT ME BECAUSE YOU ARE HERE AT WORK? They need to do better and hire people that are clean who wear the appropriate attire also need workers with better attitudes…..AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TAKE THE BONNETS OFF LADIES GOOD GRIEF DO BETTER MCDONALDS!
Curbside ordered 2 sausage biscuits and 2 hashbrowns and i ended up having to go inside because i waited over 20 minutes. One of my worst mcdonalds experiences
They need to offer better wages or something so they can get more people working in there! 20+ minute wait in the drive through on a weekend? Bananas! I watched no less than 5cars give up While I waited for my food and they messed up our order. The staff would be less stressed and more capable of managing the workload if there were more of them.
Arrived at location 1 hour and thirty minutes before closing. Someone came out and tried to put a cone in front of our car saying there were only two workers on shift. We explained we had been waiting for thirty minutes already and they moved the cone behind our car. We then waited in the drive through for another thirty minutes to discover the workers had secretly left and were not answering any of the cars attempting to order from the drive through. The workers left before giving a car its food… the car had been waiting for twenty minutes at this point.
Probably the second best McD's in town. Nifong is the best but this one is awesome because of their employees who showed up when almost every other restaurant in town was closed including other McD's. They are pretty fast considering they are always understaffed and overworked.
The food was okay. My fries were barely warm. They were cold on the ends and just warm enough through the middle section to confirm that they had ever even been fried.
I love this McDonald’s! I order from here frequently and also do a lot of door dashing here. There have been days where they are so understaffed all they can do is take online/delivery orders and even then they still offer great service with a smile. Today, they forgot my fry for my meal and the worker that helped me upsized my fry to a large for free and gave them to me fresh from the vat!
I come here a lot because my collage is right down the road and I have to say that it is hands down the worst McDonald’s I have been to. The employees are rude and inconsiderate. Half the time they won’t let you order at the front intel they force you to use the app to order, and whenever I come in here there is a smell.
