Mac and cheese always seems to be leftover. I've yet to get a fresh looking ,hot meal. Even when it took 15 minutes to cook.
Food was fine I suppose (it was purchased for someone in need), but when the bill comes to $7.01 and they can't spot you a penny? That tells me which is more important, customer retention or money. I won't be back. But I did leave them my $0.99 to help future guests. They pocketed it as a tip. Hmm... affirmation.
I waited for my food for literally 40 minutes. I ordered at 7:41 pm and received my food at 8:21 pm. Then they said they were out of fries, and I asked could they drop some, since I’ve been waiting already and they said their manager said that they could not drop anymore fries and I’d have to choose something else, by this time I had paid and been waiting 20 minutes already.
I only gave 1 star because I couldn't leave 0. Today makes the third time that I have went to KFC on Clark Lane and did not receive all my chicken. I paid $53 dollars for a 16 peice meal & only got 13. Went back and was only given 3 peices with no apologies. The first two times I didn't even go back. Count your chicken
Dawna and her staff did an amazing job! The food was hot, delicious and I'm glad we stopped in for dinner! We will definitely be back way more now!
Took forever for someone to come to the front counter to get customers orders. At least 5 people waiting. Very unfriendly worker finally came from the back and our orders. Waited at least 10 minutes. Not ever going back to this location. Orders wasn't complete. Would give zero stars if I could.
Ahhhhh KFC what else can I say bit love the food there but the service can be a horrific experience sometimes cuz the help sucks and is some what incredibly slow at times that ive been there and they ever so often mess my order up which means I gotta either go in or go through drive thru again and get it
I do not recommend this location. The team members were rude, inattentive, and I’m pretty sure dishonest . I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a famous bowl (without gravy). We waited in the drive through a few minutes before being told to pull forward and wait for our food (as we were told our breasts were being cooked fresh). We were NOT told there would be a wait. We placed our order at 5:08. At 5:28, I went inside and asked about our order. I was told the chicken had another six minutes to cook. I went back to the car. At 5:35, there was no sign of our food. I went inside and asked how long it took to cook a chicken breast. The female team member (who had told me the breasts had another six minutes) informed me she didn’t know. Her counterpart laughed and responded “about thirty minutes.” They proceeded to ignore me until the food was finished. I left the restaurant at 5:42, 34 minutes after I had placed this “fast” food order. In addition, I had asked for no gravy on my bowl, so I was extremely disappointed to find there was indeed gravy on my bowl. This is the third time I’ve attempted to visit this location just to try the spicy chicken sandwich. The first two times I was told they were out of spicy chicken. This time, they did have the spicy chicken but I regrettably had to wait almost 40 minutes for the food. The food is fine, but the customer service is absolutely atrocious.
My husband and I ordered our food at the drive thru, had to repeat it several times and STILL got the wrong food after getting home. Ordered a 3 piece combo, got a 2 piece fill up box. Husband ordered Nashville hot chicken and got plan tenders. Ordered extra biscuits with honey and didn’t get any of that. Had to ask for our second drink at the drive thru after being handed only one.
Horrible customer service. Extremely slow.
