As a first time customer by this particular location it was a very unpleasant experience. Our 12 piece bucket order was filled with skinless chicken pieces. The original recipe crust was found at the bottom of the bucket of chicken. The mashed potatoes with gravy arrived with no gravy. 4 of the 6 buscuits was substituted with cookies in which wasn't by request and of course I should also mention that 2 2 buscuits we did received was a bit hard the hard and dry side. And finally on a lighter note i will say however that the cole slaw was the bomb as usual! Too bad the bill wasn't compensated for after my phone call to this store to explain the situation.
Shakra took my order and I was trying to find out what was all on the meal I was getting and she’s was rude towards me and didn’t care what I had said at all I kept asking and she got ruder each time I had asked if it came with coslaw or not and they pulled us off to the side it was our fault that she was being rude they arnt good the customers here or this person bc I just needed some food for the medicine I take and they where not able to get it to me in time for me eat for my energy levels and they where rude and cussed at us in the driver through
Worst KFC experience ever! Chicken was horrible, all breading and bones, like no meat. Door dash driver took drink as part of their "tip". Awful, not as advertised.
Great customer service from this location and food was perfect. I visited on the 17th around 130ish. Not sure who the woman was who helped us but service was so good we will go back to this place every time we are in the area because of her.
Ordered 13 box lunches for the office. All orders were correctly filled.Anna was easy to work with and kept updating me on the progress of our order.
Absolutely horrible experience!!! Took almost an hour to get our food. Manager/GM just sitting in the lobby not wanting to help his staff that was clearly struggling. Worst experience of my life with KFC. Only nice thing was the lady working up front (in training alone) who realized how long we had been waiting and offered us a coupon book and talked to us to keep us posted.
Poor, quality, on food. Ckn., dry, not moist.My Order was wrong. On order, not real friendly, on making order right. No ice for drinks. Staff, could be, much friendlier.
Wish i could give negative stars because this joke of a reseraunt doesnt even deserve the one it is getting. Went here around 2pm 3-19-22. Staff very rude speccifically drive though girl. Food was so nasty my dog who eats his own poo wouldnt even touch it. Do not recommend this location to anyone!!!!!

When i went through the line i ordered 8 piece meal. The lady said they didnt have any wongs so she would put in a leg and thigh to replace . When i got home there were 3 wings in my bucket 2 breast 2 legs and 1 thigh.
