As usual, great service, attentive, clean space, clean restrooms(both of them), in and out and the sandwiches were great as always too.

Jimmy Johns Store #1970 on Bull Run Dr. Columbia, provides consistently the worst fast food experience I have ever experienced. I don't leave reviews unless there is a serious issue like I am about to mention. If you read other reviews about this place, you will see a trend among key topics in peoples' complaints, and they are yet to be addressed. This is the closest location to my job and my home, so I have ordered here on several occasions. They, regularly fail to include items in orders (chips and cookies), or they completely ignore any sandwich customization/make entirely the wrong sandwiches. The only thing that I CAN count on when I order from this location is that I will have to contact them after the order has arrived and explain what they screwed up this time. In no exaggeration, I have had easily 15 of 20 orders messed up. I understand the occasional mistake when you are busy, or training new staff, but this frequency of failure is frankly, unacceptable. It is a major inconvenience to have a delivery botched, which then requires you to drive to the store and ask somebody to make it right. By that point, You have created a redundancy of the delivery driver and paid a tip + the delivery fee just to drive to the shop. Today I was offered a discount of $1.05 to buy an additional sandwich to replace the one that they had completely screwed up. This service is lousy and needs to be addressed.

They were out of turkey. Also made 2 of our sandwiches incorrectly. I think they were having a bad day...

Waited 25mins to get our food when we asked were our food was they had no clue about it. Asked for a refund and the 6 people behind the counter didn’t know anything going on. Won’t be back

Love these sandwiches. Better than Subway. Bread is so fresh and flavorful.

This location continues to disappoint. I've gave them the benefit of the doubt in the past, but there are just too many misses.All kinds of problems:- incorrectly made orders- incorrect charges- non functioning drive thru audio- hair in the food - the girl with the long auburn hair should wear a hair net. I had a hair in my sandwich that was like 18" long. ?- employees chit chatting while your at the window waiting to be acknowledged.- lack of leadership and supervision at the location.-There will be an auto response below asking me to type this again at another link. Yeah, right!

This location routinely underdelivers. The sandwiches at Bull Run often are missing components of the sandwiches. Today ordered extra hot peppers. There were 4 on the whole sandwich. I will gladly go out of my way to another location that delivers a better product. Broadway location is pretty solid.

If you do not leave a xtra tip, the delivery drivers will beat on your door asking for one!! Even if you request a no contact delivery!! Do not bother here!!

Poor customer service. Only two cars in the drive thru. They took our payment and all employees disappeared. After waiting over 15 minutes for our sandwiches and we left without them.

My Fiancé ordered me a giant #10. They sent me a sub with moldy bread. Tried calling the building and the phone rang for 10 minutes. Email corporate and they only sent a $10 gift card for a high allergen mistake. Not to mention the whole sandwich was ruined and worth more than that
