Ordered ahead of time for curbside pickup and had to call after waiting about 15 minutes in the parking lot they told me they were working on my order. I then saw them help about 3 people in the drive through before I got my order and my son was getting restless in the back. After about 20 more minutes I called again and they said they were about to bring it out. When the guy brought it out he gave me a nasty look. I wouldn’t have ordered through that app if I had known they would wait until helping everyone in the drivethru to make my order. To top it off, the guy that brought out my order said “sorry about the wait, I’m the only one making sandwiches, so….” With a rude attitude. If you don’t want to do your job without making customers feel out of line for waiting 30 plus minutes for their food, then get a different job. Definitely not going back to that place. I’m worried they spit in my food or something worse….
delivery is always 2+ hours. i love jimmy johns but if you only have one driver at what point will you stop taking orders? i ordered at 1pm it’s now 3pm and still have not gotten my one sandwich.
took almost two hours to deliver my order. i appreciate that they called but for that wait time i could’ve gone and gotten it myself.
If I could give zero stars I would!!! This doesn’t make since!! I place my order for delivery. The tracker says the store received my order at 12:02pm. It is now 1:24pm and I still haven’t received my order!!!!

Made an order via DoorDash and waited an hour for the order to arrive. When I checked the app, it said it was delivered and order was completed, when the order obviously had not. By the time the order had been marked 'complete', the location was closed.Thankfully, DoorDash allowed me to refund, but it is still frustrating nonetheless.
if i could give it a 0 i would. this place is literally awful. i ordered a sandwich. literally 1 singular sandwich for delivery to my home 1 mile away and it took 2 hours to be delivered. just shut down this incompetent location.
I ordered a delivery online and after 20 minutes they called but I was not near my phone to inform me that I would not be receiving my order and that I should get a refund in 5-6 business days. Worst experience of my life. Save yourself the trouble before you order. I called back and the manager was beyond rude and disrespectful.
This was a great place, they were fast with the food, I ordered 3 big sandwiches and they were done in line 15 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and the sandwiches weren't just slapped together and messy like the other store.
I ordered on 11/13 specified over and over I wanted a gargantuan ONLY meat due to an allergy to milk to which the smartellic order Taker Joe asks if I want oregano so I specified again ONLY MEAT NOTHING ELSE. They ended up putting cheese on it. I took one bite.. and ended up in the emergency room all night. Anaphylaxis is life threatening. I had 4 times the normal dose of epinephrine to save my life. Expect to pay my bills.
