It was OK, no heated subs, hard to get to.
Orders were correct and delicious, but we couldn’t have felt like a bigger annoyance to the whole staff. Register guy said nothing but looked at us like we ran over his cat. My husband yelled thanks as we left, crickets. Full store of staff and zero politeness.
Very good food and customer service! In fact, I am of the belief that all of the in-shops, most notably the ones who work Saturday and Sundays 5-rush or 5-close should get a $5 an hour raise because of how superb their dedication to the company is!
Just your typically commercial sandwich shop. It's a good option if you need something quick

Don't eat their food. Prepared with no mask. The whole Jimmy John's buisness does not require employees to wear masks. They have permanently lost multiple customers. This news is going to spread fast.
In middle of day, was eating my delivery in about 20 minutes. Very satisfied.
Good cold sandwiches but for some reason the staff hasn't been very friendly the few times I have came to this location. Must be an issue with management or maybe they were just having a bad day.
I ordered my sandwich and it came 2 hours 30 minutes later. After an hour of it not showing up I tried to call multiple times, but no one answered. After another hour went by I tried to call again, but no one answered. After 2 hours and 15 minutes of calling and waiting I finally got a hold of them. Will I was discussing my unpleasant experience and they freaking hung up. 15 minutes later my food FINALLY showed up. I am extremely disappointed with Jimmy John's right now. I would leave 0 stars if I could.
