Aaabsolutely amazing bread!! For me, it is buttery and chewy and a flavor like no other! The veggies were fresh, crisp and blended all the flavors very well.Customer service was on point and the atmosphere was a nice change from the busy highway. Laid back and friendly. This place is usually solid and I come for lunch breaks pretty frequently due to the conveniences of efficiency and location. I placed an order for carry out for a bootlegger with onion and no tomato - received a plain turkey sandwich with lettuce (missing roast beef and onion). So I go back to swap it out, asking for the same sandwich I originally order (stating again no tomato at the register), and receive it with tomatoes this time around. I wouldn’t have posted this complaint, but it was delivered with the quickest “here you go sorry about that” I’ve ever received and the order was still incorrect the second go around.It’s free to be respectful and deliver good customer service.
I ordered last night through the app. I had order the 8in pepe without mayonnaise add pickles, onions, and mustard. The sandwich was made with care and delivered with care.The only thing was the driver called me and told me to meet him outside instead of walking to the door but he ended up satisfying the customer. Thank you for doing what delivery means.Thats why it's 4 star instead of 5
Never can order online or they don't deliver to me right down the street? I can't leave my place of work for lunch so this is inconvenient. The online ordering service never works, you would think by 2022 we would have the internet and web design figured out... guess I'll be going to Subway because they actually want my business.
Used the app to order 40 min before close. Everything went through and then I received a call stating that although they received my order in time and took my money they were not taking delivery orders anymore and They were going to cancel it. They also stated that Id get my money back in a couple of days. Nice
I would give less than a star if possible. They don't know the meaning of fast. Only 2 blocks away still over a hour wait. Apparently a guy in the building had to wait 2 hours yesterday and his order was wrong by the time he got it.
I ordered from them and got my food late at night when I call the next day to inform them they messed my order up they told me I would get a credit to fix the problem then when I call back to claim the credit for them to fix it I was told by Tyson the manager good luck getting it cause I shouldn't have called the next day when I couldn't get an answer the night I put my order in this is the worst place to order from not only is management rude as all get out but the have no desire to take care of the customers
Employee was either spitting chew in the cup or sunflower seeds...right at the register as he was taking orders. Are we that desperate for help?
