Friendly employees made up sandwiches quickly for my friend and me. Everything always fresh and made to order. No waiting to order tho sometimes it can be busy, line moves fast. Love lots of choices on the menu!

I cannot praise this restaurant enough! I made a catering order with a different sub shop--what a mistake. Jersey Mike's stepped up when the other restaurant dripped the ball. They put together 28 subs with 3 hours notice for my hungry teen band students. The bread was fresh, the meat was plentiful and delicious, and everyone loved them. Thank you Jersey Mike's for saving the day!
I was in from Springfield, where our local Jersey Mike's is an excellent gluten free option, so I popped an online order in on our way out of town and when I went to pick up the shop was a wreck of cross contamination.The paper used to roll the sandwiches was the "gluten free surface" and therefore was rolled around the sandwich, gross chopping board debris and all.They didn't use the separate allergy bins like in Springfield and the whole work surface was full of crumbs and the bins had food from other bins mixed into them.When I requested a refund, the individual who made my sandwich was openly frustrated for my high maintenance behavior and then they threw away the sandwich in front of me in a rude manner.Overall, if you are someone who has allergies, I recommend steering clear.
