Usually great service and quality from them but last night ordered cookiewich and some cookies. The side cookies were old cold and hard. Not fresh at all. The cookiewich which usually comes with cookies separated and the icing in a cup. This was delivered 7 mins late. The cookie was premade and placed on a paper plate.
We ordered and they delivered are cookies didn’t even knock cookies sat outside for 30 minutes and had a whole bug due to sitting outside wilk be contacting head HR
I live 4 hours away but everytime I'm in the city I dont leave without a box. NOMNOMNOM
Whoever was working alone on 4/6 deserves a raise. This man was calm cool and collected dealing with so many people by himself. I want to give him a hug. There were so many people. One man against the world (como). Literally tho give him a raise
One of the best cookie places around. Bought cookies now 4 nights again, we’re still fresh and good to eat after 3 full days. Went back again to get more. Highly recommend salt caramel pretzel cookie!
On this night I was helped by two fine guys who gave me the best tasting insomnia cookies I’d had to date despite it being close to closing. You don’t get that level of quality everywhere at this time, so I was quite pleased.
I would give them no stars if it was possible. Ordered a cookie order over the phone for my son's birthday (His first birthday alone, mind you). Had to make special arrangements to have him at his dorm for delivery and they never delivered. They called him (not me, the one that ordered and paid for the order) and told him he likely wont get his cookies because the store was apparently closed due to no employees showing up for work. They would not know if he would get his cookies at all until the evening only if the evening staff decided to come in. Why would they take an order, a $40.00 cookie order at that, over the phone for a location that was not even open? In addition, not even call me to let me know so I had time to call someone else! Now my son will likely not get any sweet surprise on his birthday, soooooo disappointing. Never ordering from here again and I suggest you don't either. BTW...when you call in you get a corporate call center that apparently has no idea what is actually going on in the store. Chances are, this has happened before. I'm hoping someone calls me to make it right but I'm pretty doubtful. Thumbs down!
Horrible customer experience.. workers were totally unhelpful and did not greet us or acknowledge us. Their card machine was down so we came in prepared to order online and they acted annoyed we were there and offered no help at all. The lady literally just sat there the whole time knitting and looking at her phone. The guy “helping” said nothing and we sat there in silence the entire time. We thanked him when he handed us our order and he said nothing. Reached over and grabbed our spoons with his bare hands (and not by the handles). First and last experience… awful. The cookies were good. But not worth the poor experience.
