Really good fried chicken here. And pizza by the slice for my son. We'll come here again. Quite fast check out as well.
Food was okay, prices weren't too awful; however it took forever to be acknowledged by staff. After sitting 10 minutes she came by and we placed our order for drinks and food.. took about 25 minutes which isn't totally unreasonable but when server dropped off our food and was informed we were missing an item she never returned with the item or to ask us how everything was or even refill our drinks. She did not return until she gave us our check.

The Nifong Hy-Vee's restaurant becomes a Wahlburgers at 11 a.m. which should be your signal to run away as fast as you can. The food is very expensive but tastes like something from a bad high school cafeteria. A 1/3 lb (allegedly) burger and one side is $11. Yes, $11. A Mcdouble and fries at the golden arches is arguable better and costs less than half that. Don't be fooled by the menu descriptions which sound tasty -- the food isn't.
Had some Wahlbergers for the first time. The wife and I are watching calories so we split a BBQ bacon burger, and also split a Jenn's Chicken Wahlbowl and some sweet potato tots. The burger was really good (stand out bun and plenty of flavor without the extra condiments), Jenn's chicken bowl was good but not as good as the burger. By splitting each, we were very full by the end and left half the tots (just from being full). We think this is a good choice for future meals, especially when shopping at HyVee. Would get the burger again but try a different item rather than the Jenn's next time.
Love the Chinese food. Good prices and you can always find something you like!
